Had a patio set sent to Canandaigua Lowes...the employees that work here are completely inept....one of the three packages were missing. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I recommend going to a small mom and pop hardware store, the knowledge and quality of service will definitely surpass this abomination.... read full comment

This store is not one I would recommend.Customer service is a joke, you can't find anyone to help you. Iam done with this poor excuse of a home improvement store. If you're lucky they might answer the phone & if they do they'll transfer you to the department you want where no one picks up. Nice!
