“After trying to work with customer service on the phone, twice, we decided that we needed the personal touch. We had an appointment this morning, and even though the store seemed busy, we were seen at our appointment time. We were given all the time we needed to make certain our requirements were met. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. The customer service representative, Evan, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t try to hurry us through the process and he didn’t insist that we choose something we didn’t want. Kudos, Evan, and Canandaigua Spectrum store.”
