We attempted to get flowers made for our wedding, but there was no follow up. Left Voice mails and even went to the store only to find that they closed before noon on Saturday despite the hours advertised.

Ordered a beautifully expensive bouquet for my dad who is in ICU.
Guess things have changed at this shop!
They switched out the bouquet ordered or a cheap vase of flowers.
Did they think that I wouldn't check?? I am so thoroughly disgusted and upset.

Update: They said, “Sorry, here is a $10 coupon.”
No, thank you! Pick up your flowers and refund my cost!

The flowers you created for my mother’s funeral were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was picturing in my head. The colors were soft, feminine, just so beautiful and everyone commented on them. Thank you so much for listening to what I envisioned and making me smile on a tough day!

My niece sent us a beautiful holiday arrangement which contained carnations, holiday greens and decorations in a basket on December 23rd. Three weeks later it looked as good as the day it arrived, minus only 2 carnations. Thank you!

they are the preferred florist for our venue CCC, and we used them for our aisle pieces and arbor. Sarah was easy to work with. I sent her pictures of my bouquet my sister did and some inspo pics and she delivered on the vision!

Had my flowers designed by Flowers by Stella for my wedding at the Canandaigua Country Club and they were outstanding. Their service is exceptional and craft mastery. I could not have been happier with my experience working with them especially since I was an "out of town" bride. Having to have a lot of trust and faith in the process is TERRIFYING but with their patience the outcome was pure magic. I could not have had better flower arrangements and details without Flowers by Stella. Thank you again for truly amazing work.

I ordered 2 different sets of flowers for my niece's funeral. They were beautiful and have lasted over a week. The flowers were delivered in plenty of time prior to the service ice. Thank you.

Love them over the phone, but in person not sure what to say ?How about not helpful at all.It doesn't hurt to acknowledge and or help someone for more than a second.
