After purchasing yarn and being assured there would be no difficulty getting more, I received no response to my phone message. My son had gone to the shop twice during the supposed open hours only to find it closed. My son went back a third time and found that there had been a medical problem and hospitalization. I am truly sorry to hear this. You were kind enough to sell my son the last 5 balls of the needed yarn with a 10% discount. I appreciate this kindness and hope your health improves and there are no more hospital visits. When I travel north again I will make sure to visit this shop.

Went out of our way to stop at the shop and it was closed. Hours on door say it should be open and also on Google. Nothing on FB about being closed.

Not open during posted hours of operation. Closed at 3pm when it says it’s open until 4 pm.

Visiting from NC. Very nice selection of cross stitch charts, fabric, etc. Also knitting and crochet, beautiful yarn as well as stitching gadgets.

This shop owner is the sweetest shop owner ! I wanted to buy a Chiaogoo Forte limited edition needle set and she had one and heard about my plight on Chiaogoo Divas fb site. She got in touch, i made the transaction and had them within 2 days (in FL) They were wrapped with care and a sweet note. I have heard her yarns are exquisite and wish I lived closer. I hope she gets enough business to stay open, its a tough world for small business owners.

This store does not keep it's posted hours, but you can't call ahead to check because they do not answer their phone either. I had to make three trips before I found her open to pick up yarn I'd purchased over the phone. Go to a shop that cares about your business, this is not it.

Website and phone message says open on Tuesdays 10-4. Drove from Buffalo to this shop only to find it closed. You've lost my business, and will never recommend to my needlework friends.

Very nice little shop; very friendly too. She has supplies for many different fiber arts - knitting, crochet, weaving, embroidery, tatting, beading, cross stitch, and probably some others too! Very fun & definitely worth a stop.

I stopped in to browse only, as I got a tip that as a cross stitcher, I'd find lots of things to appeal to me. I am not currently in need of supplies, but I thought I'd see if anything jumped out at me. There are lots of patterns and floss and aida and accessories (I found a "stitcher's palette" that seemed useful), but I felt like I was being followed around the store and judged for not purchasing.

Delightful yarn shop in historic downtown area. Beautiful yarns and accessories in a really lovely shop. Shop also has local crafts and products to support other artisans. The owner was exceptionally helpful in finding me items I needed to complete a project.
