Amazing customer service! Adrian was incredibly flexible and accommodating in helping me coordinate storage for an out of state move where I would not be present for the delivery at the facility, including giving me an extra unit on the fly when I couldn't fit everything into the original unit I had reserved. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the facility easily handled the 18-wheeler delivery trucks

Truly AMAZING customer service. If I ever have to put something in storage again I would definitely choose to use Citi Mini again. Adrian was always very courteous and went above and beyond. Just awesome! The rest of the staff was great as well! Thank you!!!

I have had a very good experience at mini storage in Canandaigua. Adrian and the staff have been very accommodating and professional. I needed a large unit without much notice and in a short period of time I had one. I ended up needing another, smaller unit, and once again, they provided one for me. I highly recommend mini storage in Canandaigua.

Adrian and the staff at Citi Mini were very good to our parents and in assisting us with changes. Aside from that, access is easy, the property secure and well-maintained.
