“If I could give more than five stars I would! Donna was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, caring, and prompt when it came to replacing my cracked windshield (thanks, hail storm!) in such a short notice. After the service I was supposed to receive with Safelite fell through, Donna reassured me that not only would I be okay to continue driving my vehicle although the windshield crack(s) continued to spread, she was able to find the glass my vehicle needed within days and get my windshield replaced as soon as the glass was delivered. Throughout the whole process (approximately 3/4 days - the quickest turnover I’ve seen, especially given the circumstances (many cars and properties were damaged from this storm in the area which her shop is located) she kept me in the loop and contacted me if problems arose. If you need auto glass or glass for your home, I could not recommend Rose City Glass more. Thank you again!”
