Terrible experience here at Byrne Dairy. Wife and I went for milkshakes and was treated very poorly and given substantial amount of attitude from Assistant Manager Bridget. The rest of the staff was pleasant but the manager was just hollering orders to staff and rolling eyes when we asked for milkshakes. She was grumbling about making our orders and complaining we wanted a milkshake. I understand it was a little busy and I have no issues waiting for a little bit for a shake but there no reason to be rude. You’re a manger you should be able to keep yourself more composed. Julian checked us out and was very pleasant.

Why is it that every convience store in Canandaigua is always stocked with beer but this Byrne dairy is not???? I go in and their coolers are almost empty. 9 times out of 10!!! Horrible store!!!! Lazy management= lazy employees

Consistently nasty bathroom. Saw employee "clean" toilet with a dirty rag, left it nasty. Urine all over. Disgusting.

The two older men that are there in the evening/ day time are great, however… the rest of the staff you can constantly hear them being rude and talking about other staff. It’s gotten so bad I’ve looked around at other customers and they’re scoping the store out too to see if anyone else can hear the nonsense! Please take note, customers don’t want to hear about how Betsy shows up late everyday and how much you need a cigarette!

I went in quickly for a sandwich after spilling water on my jeans. I ended up standing in line for 25 minutes with wet pants and people staring at me all while it took the woman behind the sandwich counter 20+ minutes to make 2 sandwiches for one guy all while the other employee there did nothing to help. I ended up leaving without the sandwiches. Thanks for the humiliating experience.

Byrne Dairy in general is always a great place to stop for fuel, food, drinks or a bathroom, but this one is especially good. Always clean, well-stocked, good gas prices and friendly service. The location is very convenient if you're on this side of town!

Terrible customer service!! I've recently been visiting the bryne dairy because I'm working in the area and every time I go in there Mindy is a complete miserable rude person and then char the manager is screaming at customers I just can't believe it they are ridiculous I'm glad I don't live by here so I won't have to see them everyday when this job is over!
