I recently purchased a truck through Best Buy auto. My truck is awesome, runs great, no issues. The whole experience was friendly and relaxing, they went above and beyond to help me, the clerk Ashley dealt with my insurance company several times as they kept messing stuff up, I would not of been approved if it was not for her helping me, I was at work and could not deal with the huge issue. The mechanic Phil was so great too. He shined my rims up for me and I broke my window guard after purchase from my ignorance and Phil replaced it for no charge, he also got me a bed cover at no charge, YAY! Long story short, I had a great experience and Phil and Ashley where amazing. Lets support the small town family owned guy...go check out Best Buy Auto!

Enjoyed the experience very much! The staff is very knowledgeable and my husband LOVES his new truck. They cleaned it up nice inside and out for when we picked it up. Paperwork was very fast, organized and explained very well. All the vehicles they offered were very nice but this particular truck really stood out to my husband and we are thankful we were able to get it. We enjoyed talking with Ashley and Phil and would definately do business with them again! I would recommend buying a vehicle with them anyday!

I recently got a truck from Best Value! I love it! It was cleaned and detailed in and out to perfection even better then the bigger dealerships. Most think the bigger dealers means better cars and service ECT... but that isn't always the case and it's definetly not in this case! The entire staff was so friendly, I had insurance issue and the office clerk Ashley went out of her way and called and delt with my ins company because I was at work and couldnt...and my insurance company messed up several times...she kept dealing for me releaving the stress for me...she kept in contact with me through the bank process, it was private and friendly while there. The mechanic Phil shined my rims up for me and got me a bed cover after I purchased because I wanted one so bad. A week after I got the truck I broke the window guard, he got me another at no charge and put it on even though I broke it!!! I just had a great overall experience and felt so comfortable and enjoyed the whole experince....I fear this stuff, not any longer with dealing with Best Value. I'm a few months in and my truck is still running beautiful. No issues. I'm not worried though I know if any arise they will take care of me. So long story short take a drive out to Best Value give a small family owned business your business.

One Star is NOT Low Enough Don't buy a car from these guys. Talk about lies! Their mechanic tells me, "we replace all brakes if 50% or less remains on the pads." I took my new truck to MY mechanic and the rear brakes need replacing NOW. I called Best Value back - and they WILL NOT replace my brakes. They said, "well after the deal we gave you, we cannot afford to replace the brakes." I say, buy you car from anywhere else, but not these guys. Also, the air filter was totally full of dirt. Another black eye!

I have bought many vehicles from this dealership. All of them have been great buys. Just purchased another one today! The staff is awesome as well. Very helpful and knowledgeable with both the vehicles and financing. I highly recommend this dealership, I don't see the need to go anyplace else!

Great inventory, nice people to deal with. They were more than willing to take time to talk to me about my financing options. Unfortunately, they no longer had the truck that I was interested in, but I would be more than happy to purchase from this dealership in the future.
