“Rare high level hometown type service. I experienced an issue with my trunk latch module on the way to get my oil changed at Finish Line, which seemed to resolve itself. After my oil change the issue returned on my way home. I drove back and asked Brandon if he could take look at it. He worked on it for close to a half hour and refused to take any payment. Friendly, professional and honest. Outstanding service.”

“I was recommended to go to this shop, as I needed a state inspection and oil change, and had a great experience. This is a “Mom & Pop” shop and the couple that owes it are very down to earth people. Their daughter and son-in-law also work there, and everyone was very friendly and personable. They are also very honest and won’t tell you work “needs to be done” on your car that isn’t truly needed. My car currently has an open recall, but I was told by the dealer the parts were in a national shortage. Without even asking, Fox’s looked up, within a 250-mile radius, a search for who might have the part that I needed to see if they could find the part to complete the recall. They also helped explain to me what the recall was about and why it was important. Unfortunately, no one had the part, but I thought it was above and beyond that they checked to begin with and just reflects on their character. I will most definitely be going back.”
“After having no luck searching for our daughter's first car I found Allstar Imports. They had a decent selection and their prices were very fair. I requested some things with the car as a condition of purchasing and Jason & Gary met every one of them. Had a very minor issue with the car after bringing it home. Gary picked it up from our home, took it out to Canandaigua and brought it back all in one day. I would absolutely do business with these guys again!”

“XL Auto has been a family auto shop for years. They have always treated all of us fairly and honestly. Once another mechanic told my mother she needed to have a part replaced ASAP. But I tested XL auto by taking her car to them to examine the part, and not telling them the other auto shop's opinion. Well, they examined the car and said the part has a lot of life left in it and doesn't need to be replaced. That was just another confirmation, to me, that they are all good guys there. :-)”
