This bank’s ATM machine never works!! Super inconvenient and frustrating. Also, WHY in the world is the ATM in the 2nd lane with a tube?? So anyone waiting for the ATM has to wait for people to do their banking (just to get to the ATMand have it NOT WORK!!)

Horrible bank I was told I had to have an account to get notary services . Ask to open an account and she said no .

I received a letter from the bank with a name in it for contact. I call the number on the bottom of the letter no one there the person works in another p[lace within the banking system. Now sitting on the phone for minutes after minutes waiting on hold. This is today's bankers, Graduated from dropout school.
