Was en route to Syracuse when my car shut off mid drive. Called AAA on a busy Saturday holiday weekend and these guys showed up in a hurry. Had to leave my car there for a week until I could have them tow it to where I needed it. Had nothing but positive experiences with everyone I dealt with; the techs, the drivers, and front desk personnel. 10/10 would call again

My friend borrowed my car and it had a brain fart at the gas pump on the thruway...
Tow driver, showed up quick, he was courteous and helpful. Car ended up being towed to their garage.
This happened on a Sunday night and I couldn't get any info at that time, and I also live in South Carolina so going to the car wasn't a viable option.
I started reading some reviews and thought, here goes my kids college fund...
Not the case at all... customer service 100%

I was up all night stressing about the situation thinking I was gunna be taken advantage of but not at all... thank you Chris for your courtesy and your direction. You too a lot of stress off me by simply being nice...

I would imagine the negative comments are from negative people.
If you give negative attitude, you're probably going to get negative responses.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Sean, the tow guy, is a special kind of person, as is the service manager. They went above and beyond in helping me with a tow and a problem with my car. I don't have a particular mechanical service I use with my convertible or truck, but these are my new go-to guys. As a single woman who is used to being ripped off, these guys are a breath of fresh air. I thank them so much for helping me out. Totally recommend this company. I found them to be honest, helpful, and total lifesavers.

Hit a Deer with our car 130 miles from home. The police called Roosevelt’s and they were quick and very accommodating.

This horrible towing company they don't deserve any stars. Their customer service are rude, and they charge over price, taking advantage of the truck drivers, i didn't even call them. The cops called them, so they towed my semi truck 11 miles . They charged $2400 .What a rip-off, so drivers, if you drive a semi truck or car or a van and you need help ,stay away from this Roosevelt st, i don't recommend it, you all have options, it's a lots of towing company out there, with a fair price.

My vehicle broke down on the thruway right after the Canajoharie exit. Called Roosevelts to get a tow. They were there in a timely manner. However, they misplaced the key to my vehicle and took almost a week to find it. Then took another week or so to even look at my vehicle. They couldn't find the issue so they did not charge me for looking at my car. But they did charge me $290 to tow my car 17 miles. They were nice people but way over charged.

Moved out this was a couple years back. Was recommended Rosevelt’s for vehicle repair and I couldn’t be happier. Solid prices and service.

Just used them on I 90, truck broke down. They was able to fix the issue, but they are overcharging. Initially I been told that it will be $475 which includes first 2hr, road service call and fuel charge. They worked on the truck for about an 1hr and bill came out $671. When I ask Steve for explanation he was very rude. Back and forth with him he dropped to $594.

I will not recommend using their services My truck broke in I 90 west bound Iroquois Travel plaza I call them to do force region to my truck when the mechanic driver arrives he did nothing only 5 minutes for just diagnose with computer to see the codes and told me I have tow you to our garage he treated me badly by threatening and harassing me I told him I didn’t call you to tow my truck if you can’t fixed just charge me for what you did and charged me for 2 hours work plus other service fees. He threatened me by saying I will call my towing guy, he is telling me the travel plaza is not safe and is private property you can’t stay here, If the police see you they will tow you and I told him call the police I am not going no where and if I need a towing company I will call other towing companies I am not on the shoulder of the road or blocking any traffics it’s a convenient place you can take 10 hours and 34 hours reset in this plaza which has plenty of parking spots and great restaurants like Starbucks, chick-fly- A and other great restaurants. He also told me they are the only towing company that are allowed to work in the I 90 east and west bound When I told him you will not tow my truck call the police he scared So truckers be careful don’t waste your money and time they will not do anything for you their service is bad they over charge people.
