The ABS pump and electronic module failed on my 2010 VW Jetta Turbodiesel, it's a big and expensive job to get at and repair this system. Alan and his crew did a fantastic job, saved me a *lot* of money over dealership repairs, and I think are more knowledgeable on my car's computers than 90% of the dealerships. They had to wait for the parts to be rebuilt by an outside rebuilder, but they were very fast on their side of the job. I am totally pleased, will be giving them my business again!

5 stars because more aren't possible. We recently bought a home upstate where Redline Engineering came recommended for service on our G wagon. Condolences to our downstate dealer who has surely already seen the last of us. Redline's rates are a fraction of the city's and actual engineer Alan Miller's proficiency in foreign cars is unparalleled and his honesty infallible. If in the Berkshires and you need car repair, see Alan at Redline Rt295 in Canaan NY, literally minutes off the Berkshire Spur/I90. We could not be more satisfied.

Ok. I don’t usually post reviews but because I think this is a very worthy cause, I must. Alan Miller is a genius, plain and simple. To him it feels that the “car” is not simply a machine that takes you from here to there but an “automobile”, a scientific form that demands undivided attention to detail, research, an understanding of its history and a true passion to determine a problem and fix it. Of course he is highly adept in fixing the usual, and when it comes to the more complex he is methodical, fair, interested and never manipulative. He has helped me here in Canaan, and he has been there for me as I took an Audi cross the country and needed advice along the way. He is always quick to respond and does his best for quick turn arounds. Along with all that his humor and conversation is unbeatable. Never a dull moment at Redline. I recommend him so highly, I would trust that with any car, any make, any year, and any style he will be able to satisfy the most cynical and the most precious of car owners.
