“I was broken down on the side of the road with my 3 year old daughter, Mike’s son stopped and jumped my car for me. He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!”

And the repairman Wilson had the job done within 45 min (fixed a bent rim, balancing all tires AND rotation) all for less the half the cost of replacing the bent rim at the dealer. I called Freeman's the very next Monday morning. I asked if they could look at it while I waited. They said to come right in. I waited. It was fixed in a half hour. Freeman's is a very trustworthy business nd they r very accommodating. Thank u again for helping me so quickly.”

Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”
