Prescription refills get cancelled constantly. Reps are unhelpful in person and by phone.

walgreens staff are there anytime i have questions or commets. they also have items that most other stores dont have

The new Walgreens (formerly rite aide) located on the corner of w. Genesee st and Avery Ave is the worst pharmacy ever!They don't get scripts right, they are ready when they text you and say they are they don't bill the right insurance company, etc...I am so disgusted that I am switching pharmacies.
