They are knowledgeable here. I just wish the service was better out here and when closer to the city. The 5G Home Internet is atrocious there too.

Great service from Connor! Had iPhone replaced, brought in new one for setup. There is a $35(?) charge for this but worth every penny not to have to navigate the confusing setup website. My phone was setup within 45 minutes with everything flawlessly transferred over my old phone. I originally bought the family's phones from this store. That experience was excellent as well. Highly recommend this location.

Was having weird things happening w my phone. Quickly served me. Very pleasant. My husband had the experience of getting there as they were closing the doors but the poor guy left closing up invited him in anyway. Problem fixed.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had went in and ask specifically for a factory Android charging cable gave me one said it was factory and it was not went back in to say something saying that it does not work for Android Auto and told I was wrong
I have never had a good experience there Don't know why I keep going back but now I never will.

I switched over from T-Mobile on Monday and was worried my text messages wouldn’t transfer over. Tim helped me and comforted me as I was very nervous and made it happen and I wasn’t missing any of my important messages on my new phone! Without Tim being so helpful and being a person first I’m not sure if I would’ve switched. If I could leave just Tim 5 stars I would!!!! 100% recommend this location if working with Tim.

My husband and I have been Verizon customers since the start of cell phones and this was the first time we experienced exceptional customer service. Mohammed was amazing, patient, smart and kind. He helped us with so many things that we didn't even know. He took the time to explain everything to us. We never felt rushed even though the store had closed. Thank you Mohammed! We appreciate you!

The first person I encountered was texted on his phone. A man at a desk said he could help me. Without standing he wanted to know what I wanted. I said I was told by the 800 customer service that I could return Fios equipment here. "We don't accept that stuff here. " I repeated that I have been dealing with Verizon for 3 months to close the account and that customer service stated I could bring it to any Verizon store. "You need to bring that to Baldwinsville" and stated the address. I asked what it was near he replied to look it up on my GPS! For once in my life I was a "Karen". It was my mother's account and she passed in December and I have been trying to close the account since. They were very rude! As was I. I found out later the rumor is that one family owns that store and the men of that family work there.
