It's a typical chain grocery store. Better service than Wegmans with slightly less selection. Clean and orderly.

Good selection of brand names. For example, this store has the top two refrigerated kosher dill pickles as rated by the American Test Kitchen, Boar's Head and Claussens. Wegmans carries neither. The store also has a great bakery. The staff are helpful and friendly, making this a fun place to shop.

Perhaps they are just short of help, but expired food seems inevitable to find. Produce seems overlooked and marginable, and my biggest peeve in a store that caters to seniors can't sell fried chicken by the piece, or half sandwiches like Walmart and Wegmans. Don't get me started on their self checkout procedures, I could get a root canal fasterOn a positive note, the bakery turns out some legit donuts and breads and the deli has a pretty good selection. On a whole the store is very well stocked with many hard to find elsewhere items

They sell expired dairy that gives u bad gut infections then returns the moldy cheese to u while never alerting dairy. Their sign says 2 for 12 pumpkins yet one is 11. If u value life avoid!

I have shopped at the Camillus Tops location for over 40 years. Tops took it over when the prior chain closed and retained many key staff members, I was so thankful as it is located in the heart of Camillus Plaza and one of only two grocery stores close at hand.In later years, many (certainly not all) but far too many of the older check out women working in the morning (when older people often shop) are rude, harsh, uncooperative and unwilling to listen to simple customer requests. I organize my items and corresponding bags according to what I can carry out of the store and into the house. (Cold items separate, heavy ones in cardboard bottomed bags so my son can later bring them in). It's simple, fool proof and necessary with arthritis. The younger clerks appreciate the organization but again today, with only two registers open to force people to check themselves out, the clerk would not listen to this simple request. I literally do all the work of organizing and providing the right bags in order. I am polite, friendly and respectful (at age 63). As usual "Susan" would not consider listening, and therefore I had to stand at the end of the check out and repack the entire order. Wegmans is further away, has a better produce section by far, but I have always liked this Tops store, just not the staff. Until now. It's time to order online and/or spend my considerable grocery dollars where common respect is not a lost cause.

Toxic Work Environment & manager Chelsea yells at staff in front of customers and doesn't care if u had an allergic reaction & had to call out.

Don't understand how someone calls themselves a Assistant Manager, but you can't assist me with corporates phone number because it's not close enough to you. Didnt even bother to put me on hold to go get it. What happen to customer service???? Looks like someone needs to be retrained!!!
