“I don't leave a lot of reviews but after seeing this place had bad ones I decided to share that I had an amazing experience here. Came to renew my passport and the young lady with dark hair(wish I asked for her name) went above and beyond to help me out. She even helped me staple my passport photo(those that have done this know what a pain it can be, especially not wanting to destroy a photo you spent 20 dollars on). Thank you so much again!!”
“Great service! I couldn't be there so my daughter was waiting, she took a nap and didn't hear the doorbell, most delivery services would have left, but the gentleman called me, twice because I didn't answer the first call, and he waited for me to call home to let her know they were there. To me, that's going above and beyond your expectations! I didn't catch his name, probably on my paperwork, I will see when I get home and update this with his name. “I came into UPS with an Amazon return and no knowledge of the process. Izzy was amazing. She immediately said , “I can walk you through this, it is easy.” It is a different language for me and I was nervous, but she persevered doing most of the steps herself. The entire time she was helping me there was a steady stream of customers who were totally prepared. She greeted each person, helped them immediately while still helping me. “This is a small PO, and the hours are somewhat limited. But unlike many larger offices, there's almost never any line, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful! It makes a huge difference to interact with employees who are not only knowledgeable and capable, but also personable, attentive, welcoming, and not stressed out. They've made it easy to mail packages, receive packages, process mail holds, and deal with plow-smashed mailboxes. I actually enjoy stopping by this USPS location.”

“Edit: Cassie was great and super helpful. She truly cares about her job and making a good name for the Post Office, more people should be like herI went to get my passport during the hours that are posted on the usps website. I was then told the walk in hours are different which were only posted on a small sign inside the post office. The woman who told me this was less than accommodating and told me I would have to make an appointment (which does not work on the website) or come back during walk in hours another time. The funny thing is that there was not other customers in the post office at the time. They could have easily fit me in as there was no one else waiting for any other service there.”
