I took my dog to the Vetco for rabies shot and the staff was amazingly helpful and nothing but kind to my dog. Highly recommended!

Staff was super friendly and helpful, but this feels more like a DogCo than a PetCo. I was very underwhelmed by the section for cats because it’s tucked off in the back corner of the store and does not offer variety in items and brands that is even nearly comparable to what is stocked for other pets.

The Petco in Camillus always carries what I'm looking for. Can be a bit pricey, but is usually worthwhile.

Went in here to to get a two fish for my sons new aquirium. He was excited to finally pick out his fish for his 7th birthday. We walked in at 7:30pm, they close at 8pm. We knew exactly what we wanted and yet the employees still refused to sell us fish. They claimed that it was to close to closing time to sell any live animals. So my sons hopes were crushed because they claimed it's normal operating procedure to not sell animals during the final half hour of them being open. I just think its crazy that a pet store would refuse to sell a pet fish because they close in a half hour.

Clean store, friendly staff. Make a point to try and get you extra savings with their coupons and stuff. Knowledgeable about animals and actually care about how they’re kept/ being sold to homes that will properly care for them.
