“Our experience with Bright Furniture was very, very good. We quickly needed a replacement for a broken boxspring. We found it at Bright Furniture and Mattress and not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly but the prices were fair and the item in stock . Until later, when the store was about to close did I realize I had made a mistake and had bought the wrong size! I quickly contacted the store and once again found their assistance friendly, she was willing, so close to store closing, to swap for the proper size. I was treated respectfully and very much appreciated the awesome customer service. We will shop there again.”

He gave us space to decide what we wanted and when we needed him, he was incredibly helpful, patient, funny and kind. He even stayed late so we could buy everything we wanted without rushing.
