Spoke to the manager of camillus Lowes on July 2nd for 14 minutes and requested a pickup of riding mower that I was returning. He confirmed that he will have one of his guys pick it up on July 4th. The guy shows up on July 4th around 9am. Picks up lawnmower. 2 weeks later still no refund. Put in for a dispute with the CC company and reported to Lowes customer care center. Called Lowes in Camillus on July 18th and asked to speak with the manager. Instead of the manager calling me back they have a cashier call me and relay a message they didn't pick it up and that it was another store locations responsibility. Well I have a receipt with a signature of your employee of the Camillus location and also recorded video footage of him on my porch handing the receipt to my daughter's boyfriend and him loading the lawnmower on the trailer with a forktruck. 3 eyewitnesses included a neighbor and hard proof on video. Think twice before you try to pull a fast one on customers. This is going straight to corporate, the BBB, and the Attorney General.

If you’re a truck driver avoid this lowes at all costs. Their receiving department is non existent. Every week when I come there’s never and I mean NEVER anyone in receiving. You will be waiting here for likely more than an hour just to have someone come to the door unless you walk around the building and go through the customer entrance. Make your way back and the receiving area is a ghost town. Nobody to help you.

I've shopped at Lowe's for many years as a professional contractor spending about a half a million a year there The Lowe's in camillus would not honor a Lowe's discount from Auburn because Auburn store ran out of material and could not fill my order I was told from the Auburn store that camillus would honor the discount and they would not they just lost a lot of business

2nd disappointing visit this season! 245 in the afternoon and garden entrance closed again! Poor management! Don't bother shopping at this location!

Had a great experience working with Lowe's in Camillus for a number of things. Tim in the cabinets department was super helpful, he created a great layout of my kitchen and aided me with the purchasing process and countertops as well. I've always been pleased with the paint and individuals working that station. My only reason for the four stars was their delivery process. They call the night before and give you a four hour time frame. Home Depot calls a half hour before which is great. Lowe's called and told me they were ten minutes away and more than hour before the earliest time they gave me so I had to hustle to get there for the delivery. Overall really pleased with this Lowe's location!

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service I experienced at the Camillus Lowe’s store. As a contractor who frequents Lowe’s in the Syracuse area at least six days a week, I arrived at the Camillus location shortly before its 9:00 closing time, only to find the doors locked at 8:55. Despite being just a few feet from the door, I was met with an extremely rude attitude from an employee named Kyle, who pointed at his watch and tersely informed me of the closing time. When I attempted to clarify the store's closing time, Kyle continued to display condescending behavior towards me.The treatment I received from Kyle was completely unacceptable, regardless of the circumstances. It is disheartening to encounter such rudeness from an employee, especially in a retail environment where customer service should be a top priority. Whether a customer shops at the store frequently or infrequently, every individual deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. Kyle's demeanor has left me feeling uncomfortable and hesitant to seek assistance from him in the future.While Lowe’s corporate prides itself on providing excellent customer service and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience, my encounter with Kyle contradicts these values and has tarnished my perception of the store. I urge Lowe’s management to promptly address this issue and ensure that all employees uphold the company's standards of professionalism and respect towards customers.
