I dropped off my car at 6:15pm after waiting 10 days to schedule. This is 10:19pm, still waiting for winter tires to be installed. This is just not acceptable. 4 hours of waiting????

Don’t get tires here. It’s not worth it. Made the mistake of thinking an appointment means anything. The line of people complaining about the wait tells everything. If they could be honest about the wait - could have planned around it.

Brought two cars here within two weeks for new tire installation. Made appointments weeks ahead of time. In both cases, the facility was VERY backed up. Waited 3+ hours each time. They must be very short staffed, but if so, they need to book fewer vehicles. Don’t come here unless you are fine with wasting your whole day.
