Had to replace my phone. Even though the store was busy, the wait was reasonable. Staff seemed very knowledgeable about current deals and offers to help us get the best deal.

The employees do not know or understand there job. Few are questing don't return calls.other customers very unhappy as well leaving store. Very agitated. Go to one on Erie blvd.

ROGER IS A PHENOMENAL EMPLOYEE. Roger helped finish off my phone upgrade at this store as it appears there was a shift change happening shortly after the process to upgrade my device began.Not only was Roger personable, friendly, and helpful - he has EXEMPLARY multi tasking skills. I witnessed him single handedly manage several customers (both in the store and via phone) while simultaneously managing my phone upgrade.I would give Roger 10/10 stars and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone requiring assistance with AT&T.

Staff not required to be vaccinated. Coughing sales person got offended when I asked whether she had had her vaccines, or whether I should get a mask. She then refused to service me.
