Since it seems like you guys are pretty active in replying to reviews on Google rather than answering voice messages, I will leave my message here. I visited on August 25th. I purchased 10 wristbands online and 1 at the Waterpark. I paid the deposit for the wristbands using my credit card. I was charged $505.18. I'm supposed to receive $440 refund for the 11 wristband deposits. I spoke twice with a representative, and one assured me that my refund was going to process last week Tuesday and a week later no refund. I have since left two voice messages and no call back. You guys need to come up with a better way to refund people their deposits cause waiting over 1 month for my refund is ridiculous đ cause now I have to pay my credit card bill and when you guys finally will decide to give me my refund, I will have a whole $440 credit on my credit card. It's absolutely ridiculous đ. DO BETTER SPLISHSPLASH!!!

I'm back with another review! Today, I want to share my experience at Splash Splash Water Park. To be honest, I haven't visited this place since I was a kid, and I can see why. If you're not a fan of crowds, you might want to think twice before coming here. The park is usually packed, no matter what day you choose to visit. That said, the little ones had a blast in the toddler area. Make sure to arrive early, as finding a seat can be a challenge. I also recommend renting a locker to stash your valuables. It's a tap-and-pay park, so your phone will be perfectly safe. Don't forget to bring sunscreen because the sun can be relentless!
One thing I appreciated was the ample staff presence, which made me feel my kids were well looked after. However, the food options left much to be desired. Bring your own sandwiches, food is overpriced and not tasty at all; the only decent choice was the pizza. The lines for other attractions were ridiculously long, and combined with the heat, waiting felt like an eternity. I attempted to wait in a few lines but quickly changed my mind.
As for souvenirs, I would skip those entirely; they're overpriced and not worth your hard-earned money. This park is definitely for kids who don't mind being in crowded spaces and have a bit of survival instinct because, let's be honest, they won't care who's in their path. I think I lost about 8.5 pounds just trying to keep up with my energetic toddlers.
Parking was a nightmare, but I was grateful for handicap parking; it really saved me from circling around for ages. Overall, Iâd give this place a 3 out of 5. If you decide to visit, just be prepared for the crowdsâitâs pretty gentrified if youâre curious.

Who doesn't love splash?Splash?I've been going there since they opened, Love every one of the water rides. The prices are extremely high for food.So pack your own picnic basket and leave it in the car.. Ridiculously expensive, and if you don't have an extra $65 to spend on your already. $75 ticket, you can upgrade, so you don't have to wait online. Because it took two hours to go on one ride.. Take away the easy pass.So everybody gets a chance.. But then again, this is an indulgence that everybody can afford, It's a beautiful water park on the east end. Of long island it's clean, It's fun.. Biggest gripe is the price of food and drinks. So just Bring your own picnic basket. And try to go on the off season so you don't have to wait in line for hours..

Rides are fun, better to come earlier in the day, the food is terrible and overpriced, but you already knew that..my kids wouldnt even eat the $15 burgers..the only size of slushee is in a commemorative tumbler thats $13-15..rides are fun though and love the fact that there are trees everywhere. The bathrooms in mens room were pretty gross..also you can rent lockers back by the big wave pool and they are much less crowded, our favorite ride with a half hour wait was bootleggers run. The Bombs away was a pretty short line, for a big thrill. Only one tube was running though..seemed strange for a mid Aug Friday.

It's a good place to go broke while standing in line. I went into this with a very positive and understanding attitude. It's a theme park in summer, there will be some inconveniences, but this place is a debacle.
The fast-pass people will get in front of you every time the lines go on forever. The ride staff have been so jaded by the job that they just don't respond to questions. They forced me into a 2-person float with my husband when I stated I wanted to ride alone. The staff are just dead-eyed. I know tourists will do that to you, but jfc management, pay them better.
The cabana staff were polite and helpful, but the menu is qr-code only, and the codes have faded in the sun, so they can't be scanned. The staff direct you to the only cabana with a working code (21), which you then have to put in the order notes, rather than have a sheet of them at the counter, or (god forbid) MANAGEMENT PRINT NEW ONES FOR EACH CABANA.
No attempt had been made to clean the cabana when we arrived. Bird poo was everywhere.
$16 for a bottle of water. A gross pizza was like $38. I've had better chicken tenders from gas stations.
Lazy river was fun, but the water was a bit trashy. Many floats had deflated and littered the walkways. The wave pool was fun until 900 million people showed up, and it became a sea of human goo.
Parking was $40, and you have to walk forever.
Maybe they need to cap how many people come in, because we came on a Monday and it was ridiculously full. I understand greed will not permit that.
People trying to have a fun day with their kids shouldn't be price gouged this badly. This is not affordable for average folks. I felt like a mark, not a customer. This place is a racket. They take your money and do not care about their workers, customers, or environment. I'm just glad I didn't get norovirus from the latent funk.
Overall, I felt robbed, grimy, and insulted.
Do better.

I was very dissapointed with the staff today. I had purchased some tickets through groupon in which they expire tomorow. When I got there ,Chris in which he was extremely nice and professional told me they weren't scanning. He called the manager Gabby over and she could care less. She wasn't interest in anything that I was saying. You can see in her face that she was annoyed. I tried explaining to her that the tickets expire tomorrow and tomorrow its going to be raining the whole day and thats the only reason I drove there at 4pm because Groupon wont give me a refund. She was asking for my bank statement. Im not understading why she was asking for my bank statement thats personal when Im showing her directly through the app the purchase of my tickets She did see on my app that said that the tickets were valid but again ,she did not care and told me the tickets weren't valid and told me she can only go based off her system and walked away. I contacted groupon directly and they help me out and thankfully we got in. I would've left but how do you explain to your kids that they can't get in? thats devastating. I'm not sure why these unexperienced young adults with attitudes become managers. Customer Service is a major roll for the job and if you can't provided that service, then you are at the wrong job. Regadless of any situation, she should've remained professional. You can't just hire anyone. Do better Splish Splash. This waterpark is expensive enough to come from far to deal with rude staff; especially when people are nothing but nice to you guys. Would not recommend.

Splish splash has so much potential but there is so much room for improvement. Too many young people working this park and a lot of them are very unprofessional and rude. This is my second time there and I still havenât experienced all the rides. Not encouraged to buy food there either, not impressed with the hygiene practices behind the counter. And the young man with locks working as
lifeguard by the entrance of the lazy river this evening need to learn how to speak to customers. He was very rude telling my son to get out barking at him like heâs a dog when he just got in and was getting a tube for me. The attendant by the line had to tell him he just got in. Maan if I wasnât exhausted I would have taken him to school. Yâall need to better train your workers and have adults supervising the restaurant areas.

Iâm am beyond disappointed and angry with my experience here. I went today with my 3 year old, we were at the kitty cove. When my 3 year old finally got passed the cold water he eventually wanted to go on the slides that were in the kid section. Again in the kids section, we both went down together on the green slide till he got the courage to go to the purple one. When he went down the purple one (he had a life vest on too) I ran down to see him after dropping him off to the top. When I get town, âlife guardâ Charles P ( shouldnât have the title of life guard) was just wondering around while my baby was trying to get up from the water and trying to catch his breath. All the he had to do was lift him up, but he choose to Neglect my son. I went up to him and asked what his job was even though it said on his hat â LIFE GUARDâ and he replied â to just stand hereâ. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING, he is a âlife guardâ he didnât care for well beings over the kids there. Why would you hire someone like that or even place them in the kids section of the park. Now my son is traumatized of water and he spent the whole trip crying. I wasted my money and time. Do better ! Hire the the right people who actually care not to let you guys have this rep. Donât go to the kitty cove at the slides because they will NEGLECT YOU. ZERO STARS

So my family and I recently went here for my grandbaby 4th birthday 8/16. The waits werenât to bad, to get in or on the rides, however, they need a MAJOR maintenance upgrade!!! The lazy river had a big black ring around the pool. The statueâs and water slides all cracked and peeling of paintâs. The wooden stairs to get to the top of the water slides very shaky. I havenât been here since the early 2000âs and it seems like they havenât touched up or cleaned anything since then. Also, my daughter bought tkts online that never went through, we never received. Had to rebuy at park. They saying 5-10 day refund, well today is day 5 my daughter called today to stay on top of things now they saying itâs nothing they can do. Unacceptable!

Missed this place! First time going as an adult, and I quickly remembered why I liked it so much as a kid. The âthrill ridesâ are all great (about 6-8 in total) although I do wish they were longer. We visited during the week and opted for their version of the âfast passâ which weâre glad we did. We chose the middle tiered option - It was around $70 (in addition to the park ticket). Even though it wasnât crowded, we wouldâve been waiting at least 30 min per ride without the pass, so for us it was definitely worth it. We stayed from open to close and got to ride about 20 times between the 6 or so rides we chose. $30 for standard parking is pretty ridiculous, but what are ya gonna do. Also, buy your entry tickets online because they cost more at the park!
