PODS makes moving easier. We've used them for 2 cross country moves and one state to state. The flexibility of timing deliveries is outstanding and having storage until we were ready to unpack is so easy. Will use again.

Do NOT use this company. We had to cancel our order because I wasn't told up front that we needed a letter from the town if we DIDN'T need a permit to place on the street. Well of course the town takes forever to call back, so we went with Zippy Shell who doesn't need permits and booked us for way cheaper. So we canceled our order with Pods. First, they were going to attempt to charge us for canceling when THEY screwed up in the first place. I would not accept that so they took that off. Then, I specifically asked how long will it take for funds to be avaliable back to the credit card and was told immediately. Well that's not true. We've been on the phone with pods for 2 days and hours upon hours now with no resolution. We've had our cc company on the phone with them 4 times and pods is still unable to give a simple correct authorization code to the cc company to have the funds that were held for the pod delivery to be released back to the card. We've requested numerous times to speak with a supervisor to no avail. Amazingly, they're never available no matter who you get on the phone. We've requested to speak to the billing dept numerous times and just get transferred to another customer service agent who does nothing to help. Amazingly, when we were going to reschedule our pod delivery the hold was released the very next day, but now that the order was canceled entirely, they won't release the funds. The cc company even would accept a fax from them that they didn't plan on going ahead with the charge and they would release the funds back and they refuse to do that even. We've been getting the run around for 2 days straight. Stay far away from pods!

wasnt happy with the delievery of empty pod hired men to help load pod it came 6 hrs after the est time had to pay people to stand aound while tring to contact pod i was on the phone for over 2 hrs waiting on someone to pick up call

Horrible company. Have wasted countless hours of mine waiting on hold (for 2 months now) and still no answers.They have taken over $300 more than what they quoted me.I would not use this company at all, if there is ever an issue they will not be there to help resolve it.Very unprofessional.

We were having renovations done to our upstairs bedrooms and needed to store items out of the way during the month of construction. We rented the 8×8 POD and was it dropped off and picked up on schedule. The online website was user friendly and it was easy to set up the dates and pay on line. I took a star off because the door handles are difficult to use. Also the accordion doors were a bit tricky to open and close. Overall I'm satisfied with their service and would recommend PODS to a friend.

PODS all their operators are deceitful and non of them answer questions the same.They are holding my PODS ! They won’t send to my destination. They are EXTORTING me and strong arming me into signing another waiver to release possible damage to contents.UPON THEIR PICKUP AT MY HOUSE the driver was inexperienced swinging my belongings like a swing set violently and then smashing into another pod putting a huge HOLE in the side of my unit. He then SLAMMED the pod to the ground. I have no idea what damage was caused to my contents. Thus I can’t sign a waiver waving contents damage. I have been in the ohine with multiple people supervisors. Managers. They all lie. No one follows through.The intitial inquiry to see if I would use PODS I was given false information about the insurance I wanted to take and at that time … I was told I couldn’t get it until the pods were going to be picked up and sent south to destination. They changed quotes!!! Three higher ups , NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH. NO CALLS. NO RETURN EMAILS. NOTHING. JUST HOLDING MY BELONGINGS WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!! Almost holding them ransom. They are not to be trusted. Still can’t get anyone on phone . I’m hiring a lawyer and will be lodging multiple complaintsDONT USE THIS COMPANY

The PODS drivers tore up my grass horribly both coming and going, both dropping off and picking up. They promised to call me back to resolve the issue and never did. I even cautioned the second driver upon picking up, and he still tore up all the grass rather than stay on the paved driveway. Dont use this company
