We just moved in and no idea where our cesspool was or its condition. Bernie came out and was able to locate it quickly, assess its state, and recommend how we proceed with maintenance/replacement. Super knowledgeable and friendly, definitely made finding our go-to cesspool company easy.

I've used Mid Suffolk twice now and couldn't be happier with their service. Bernie was right on time and gave some great advice for future maintenance and care of the cesspool. Definitely going to use them when it's time to replace the cap and find the lost 2nd cesspool!

Needed the septic system pumped. Bernie and Rob arrived when they said they would. They explained everything they did and did a great job. They were totally professional! Definitely would call them again.

If you’re from Queens like we are, you’ve probably never thought twice after flushing your toilet. Fast forward to becoming a home owner in Centereach, and suddenly it’s a top priority to understand exactly what goes on before and after you do your business. Based solely on others’ Yelp reviews, we took a chance on Mid-Suffolk Cess. Very, very grateful we did. Yesterday we met Alex and he worked so hard for countless hours in the heat trying to dig up a cover that was buried deep and raise it to code. He discovered a huge hole had been punctured into the existing cover, most likely from 1997, and saved us from a dangerous situation were someone could have stepped on the grass above it and fallen into the pit. After the inspection, Alex spent a long time going over everything with us in detail. He was a pleasure to talk to and truly takes his job seriously. The company is coming back today to do the actual inspection with a longer camera and I have full faith it will go smoothly. We felt completely at ease that Alex was on the job, he was so kind and polite in addition to being knowledgeable and hard working.

We had a collapsed pipe on a 60 year old cesspool. They initially tried to clear the line but there was no way. Alex came back within 4 days and ran a new line. The cost of the initial call was a taken off the price of the repair. Very fair price. Quality work. Would definitely use Mid-Suffolk in the future.

Brian and Rob were knowledgeable and transparent. Got the job done quickly and were clean about it. They found the problems quickly and were honest. Didn’t feel taken advantage of. Good people. I’m very happy with the work.

Awesome, Honest, Trustworthy I had cesspool problems and called Jet cesspool. What a mistake!!!!!! The worst company out there. Turns out I needed a whole new septic system. I called mid Suffolk cesspool and Bernie explained everything that needed to be done during our first telephone conversation. He then came to the house the next day and went over everything a second time. These guys did an awesome job. They worked 8 hours straight until the job was done. And it was done right. I highly recommend this company. They actually saved me $1200.00 from the initial estaminet.
