My husband was been working with CTS for the past month, and from what I am seeing, Jim has been penny pinching his wages and shorting him. He has had them working 10+ hour days, so there is no work/home life balance. He has also Making promises and reneging on them. From what I am also finding, he is also scamming his customers, charging them double and triple what he initially has charged them. If anyone is dealing with Jim, either on an employer/employee basis or as a customer, I would tread lightly and be aware…. Edited as of 09/26, he has still yet to receive payment for services rendered as of 09/26/2022. He called the office and spoke to Debbie and she was rude. If you are rude to someone for trying to collect something that’s owed, how can you be expected to deal with customers?

My client used to ship bedroom set to their location outside of Cincinnati Ohio and I had another client’s pick up of a medium size wood item to come back to my area. Set up to just bring back item on way back and thought not to have to discuss cost since I had quote from location at 200.00 . Well I was charged 2x’s plus for this pickup. Was told on the phone it should have been TWICE 425.00 amount being 850.00 even though they made my clients drop off first whom paid them for the distance incurred! They were giving me a break in only charging one way instead of BOTH WAYS! Very unfair business practices to a new potential account with need of shipping regularly and it won’t be them!

Terrible experience. They scratched my wood floor by dragging furniture across versus lifting it. I complained to delivery guys, and they said Complete Trucking would contact me. Never happened. I called Complete and they actually suggested that it was my fault! Unbelievable. The owner, Jim was supposed to call me back. Never happed. Now I'm stuck with a marked up floor. Additionally, they scratched up my front porch decking.

I don't understand the low rating for Complete Trucking. I hired them 3 times this month to move large artwork, boxes, furniture, rugs, and an oversized crate from East Hampton to NYC, from East Hampton to Lambertville, NJ, and from East Hampton to a storage facility in Brentwood. Celeste in the office was courteous, gave me fair prices and got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Jim called me the night before pickup to give me a window of time. The drivers always called me to give me 30 minutes notice that they were on their way, showed up on time and went out of their way to accomodate me. Everyone was polite and honest. I will continue to use their services. Please ignore the earlier reviews.

This is the worst moving company ever. Two hacks showed up and backed their truck up into a tree in my front drive. Then when he realized he couldn't fit, he did it again and broke more branches. The owner Jim said it was my fault for not clearing my drive. When I asked him to come by to inspect the damage he said he was on the north fork and going to the beach. Jim asked if his guy hit a power line or cable wire so he could shift the blame to their insurance. But I said no, so Jim said I am lucky this should be the worst thing that happens in an otherwise imperfect world...

Unprofessional and overly expensive! Said he'd take care of me since I was referred by a friend of his (who's services I was happy with) . This guy Jim told me that I had to work with him on the date so it would be cheaper since he was coming in for deliveries anyway. I was shocked to have to write him a check for a grand! He was difficult to get a hold of. Didn't pick up during morning business hours. Called back at the end of the day. Made it difficult to coordinate. Was pushy and rude at answering questions. Was snappy Left things vague. Even his drivers felt he overcharged and they told me my complaint of bad service was shared by most customers. It was stressful and I had to trouble shoot. The premium charge was an insult after such sub premium service. I had a tiny amount of things to move to a tiny apt. Just that they wouldn't fit in my car. I was shocked at having to write him a check for over $1000 and so were the drivers. The drivers told me I could have had my things driven cross country for that price. He charged me over $400 just to load. I had everything packed. I felt rushed by the guys. And they didn't even give me a list to sign like professionals do. I ended up without my coffee table. I have to go check where it is back at the house. I hope it's there. Regardless, I should have been given a list to sign before they left and checked off after they delivered. And when he had to rede liver a little sofa that didn't fit through the front door , he charged another $200 but I had to wait for the day he was going to be coming into town with other deliveries. The sofa was already on the truck. $200 really? I had to micro manage him. He was supposed to coordinate with the Sofa Dr. And never called them. He just told his drivers to show up at my door. Thank god the Sofa dr were good enough to jump through hoops to send someone over right away. And the drivers wouldn't even help him bring in the sofa. They just dropped it on the street and left. ( the sofa guy came alone because the mover never called to coordinate. So dr sofa took the guy off another job to help. ) I just felt disrespected , lied to and overcharged.
