Shout out to Crystal! And the other very friendly staff. We had to bring our dog to the wash, she needs to be the only dog in there and they were extremely accommodating in making sure we were able to get in there on a very busy morning. Thank you so much!

I purchased a grill from the Caledonia store. While assembling it I found one of the legs was not correct. I explained the problem to Scott the manager. He called the manufacturer and was told the correct part is back ordered with no estimated shipping date. He suggested that he would take the leg from the display model for me due to there was no stock of that model. The grill is now complete. Scott was extremely helpful and pleasant. He didn't even ask for proof of purchase. If and when I receive the backordered part I will take it to Scott so he can get the display model back in the store. 5 stars to Scott for being completely customer focused.

This spring I built and bought three raised garden beds. I purchased 60 bags of top soil from the Caledonia tractor store and placed them in my beds. After two weeks it killed all my plants. Thinking because I raised the plants indoors maybe that was the reason they died, I went to the garden factory and bought hardy plants and now the same thing is happening. What can I do to be compensated.
