The lady that works there is so rude I wish I would of got her name never will I go there again I asked her a question and she lied right to my face I will be finding out who she is talking to who I need to talk to she shouldn't be working custom service I wish I could gave it a zero stars

I got balloons from there 2 hours ago and they are deflated now!this is a rip off and it's very annoying because I have a birthday party to go too!
