Stan, the USPS worker behind the counter, noticed I had the incorrect type of box for my item Shipping label and custom made me a box to send out my package in. Such incredible customer service, talk about going above and beyond!! Thank you!!

I want to give the calcium post office, a huge shout out for their customer service. The employee went above and beyond to help my grandmother. He helped her re-package her item which ended up saving her a ton of money. I don’t think any other post office would take the time to do something like that. So thank you STAN at the calcium New York post office!!! you rock!

I am taking the time to write this because I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I just mailed a package this afternoon that took a matter of minutes to complete. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and professional, and even gave my son a lollipop. I can’t comment on anything about having a PO Box at this location, but I’m fairly certain that if you pay attention to the hours that they’re open when you get the box, that there shouldn’t be any issues accessing it. I had a great experience here.

The service.... they rarely have any stamps. Or at least a decent supply. All mail outgoing from this post office could take a month or two to get to it's destination that still within the U.S. The only thing decent to come from mail out of the area is the delivery. The goldish/tan van personnel that deliver the mail are amazing and so nice/polite!!! They're very efficient! Go to the post office in Watertown. You'll be able to get better assistance with mailing/shipping needs. Or at the least, stamps. Plus, the Watertown office carries the collectors stamp packs at times as well.

According to the hours posted on the door they open at 8:00AM M-F yet I stood outside a locked door for 15 minutes at 8:30 on a Monday without receiving any assistance. There were clearly at least 2 employees there.

The female worker is so rude and very slow. She see customers waiting on her and she takes her time while she is on the phone. The male worker is amazing but the female needs to be replaced. She has a attitude problem I don't think she understands she is in the customers service field. Is a matter of time before I make a serious complaint.

The absolute most clueless people in the United States. Says package delivered, no package to be found anywhere. 1000 dollars worth of stuff in the package and they say placed in mail box. Basically not their problem right. Everyone there needs to be fired. Worse then the dmv.
