I can not believe the rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manor in which this staff behaves. Not all of them, but it seems to be most. I have had a few prescriptions that needed to be filled for an urgent condition. I arrive at the pharmacy and I'm told they are out of stock of everything, which is a very common occurrence there. I stated there was an urgent need and they got bottles from the back and gave me a partial fill. I had to wait over an hour but they got that done. The script was never filled after despite me calling. I stopped in days later to inquire as to why, and the male pharmacist (Tyler or Trevor or whatever his name is) completely flipped out. He started yelling telling me he wasn't here then and didn't know anything about it. He finally looked in the computer and told the woman to tell me it wasn't filled and they'd have to do it. Also, they still don't have the meds in stock...3 days later. I ask the woman if there was a way to transfer the script to another pharmacy so I can get it filled. The unstable man child began shouting telling me I should just go to another pharmacy to get it transferred. I left and called another pharmacy. They stated it would have to be called in by a doctor unless the pharmacist at CVS transferred it. They went on to tell me, and I quote, "I can call that CVS if you'd like but that particular CVS is very difficult to deal with." So I told her I would send everything to her going forward and I went back to CVS. I asked the woman at the counter why a script for a simple anti-inflammatory was not able to be filled. The man child pharmacist yelled across the store to me, "Stop talking right now." I asked who he thought he was talking to and he just demanded I get my stuff transferred. He said he would do it right them. I asked why he didn't offer that the last time and he ignored me. He just kept saying he's transfer. I told him I'm not driving all over town again and asked why he was refusing to fill a prescription sent into him by a doctor. I told him he doesn't have that legal right. He just said that he wouldn't get into it. I asked why he would refuse to give an explanation and he began to talk to another customer. The woman took the pill bottle that the partial fill came in. She said, let me take a look. He stopped in his tracks and began yelling at her to return the bottle and ordered her to go do something else. I stood there looking at the other customers and the looks on their faces were of complete disbelief. After about 2 minutes of silence, he walked over to me, lowered himself down, put his face in my face, and said, "you want something refilled?" At this point I was thinking this man child is completely mentally ill. He kept showering his brow in an attempt to intimidate me. I responded by saying, "I'm yeah, that's why I'm here." He yelled," 1 hour!" I repeated the time and he said yeah that's what I said. I asked if he needed the information for the refill. He stated he didn't. I asked how he was going to look it up. He then indirectly threatened me that he knows my name really well now and he knows what to do...or how to take care of me...or something to that affect. So I just walk out and call corporate to let them know what happened. If you could have seen his behavior you would question if the refill was purposely tampered with. Corporate agreed with that assessment. They agreed because I played my recording of his tantrum for them. My second time walking into that place I knew he behave in this manor. My wife went to pick up the script when it was done and he told her that I wasn't allowed to have scripts filled there anymore...which he isn't even authorized to do. USE CAUTION GOING TO THIS CVS!!!! This guy has no business filling people's prescriptions. He needs a psych evaluation!

Loretta downright harrassed me at checkout over getting an extra care card, calling me "foolish" when I told her I didn't have time to sign up. Has the products I need, but this eployee was hostile.

I can't believe how rude the staff is at this pharmacy. Even pre-covid when they were fully staffed, they were rude. I am transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere, and when I told the cashier I was doing so, she said she was glad to hear it.

First things first DON't get the COVID TEST, J&J, Phizer, it doesn't matter, first shot was fine, second shot, 2 days later, I got sick, no body in that building can tell me it was anything else. Why inject something into your body if you feel great, don't get this garbage unless your forced to get it. Aka travel outside the country, it's all just for the pharmaceutical companies to make money, let's be honest here... we didn't run to the quack to take a pill to relieve a sore throat... we took honey, best thing to relive any illness is to stay away from dairy, eggs, consume vitamins B, C, and D as well as Zinc. Don't listen to to your local pharmacist, they are getting paid to lie to you.
