Maybe our favorite stop of the finger lakes - great ambience, friendly staff, tasty wine. Such a great place to hang for a few hours.

Fantastic wines. We had an excellent guided wine tasting here as well. Learned more about the history of the winery, the area, and about winemaking in general. Really recommend it if you're doing the wine trail crawl, or even if you're local.

The rieslings were great, as well as the cheese and other assortments of wines, including their cabernet franc and pinot noir. My family particularly loved one specific bottle, though I don't recall its exact name. The service was welcoming and excellent, with the staff being helpful at every turn. Whether you need recommendations or specific insights, they have all the information you need.
The bathroom is also very neat.

We loved visiting Forge! The Salon is a fun concept - laidback and relaxing. We had our dog with us, and all 3 of us appreciated the nice and cool air conditioning! We had two wines, and the jamon and cheddar cheese plate. It was delicious! The jamon was melt in your mouth good. Paired very well with the rieslings we had. Beautiful views. The aesthetic inside and out was very enjoyable. Rieslings usually aren’t up our alley, but the ones we tried were dry and refreshing on the hot day. Would def visit again and recommend!

Dry wine lovers - this is the place for you! Dry seemed to be their focus. They have local as well as European wines. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The cheddar cheese & jamon meat plate was amazing! The salon has a very laid-back vibe with some indoor and outdoor seating options. Would highly recommend!

The best terroir-driven wines I've found yet in FLX! The staff are among the most passionate and the view is amazing!

Out of all of the wineries we went to around Lake Seneca, Forge had the best explanation of all of how their wines are grown/made. The server was so friendly & knowledgeable & we loved hearing about it. The outdoor Salon was just our speed and allowed us to chill. Had the best view. Wes was awesome& took care of our group. We appreciated all his recommendations. If we ever find ourselves back in New York, we’ll be back! -Best,

Not only is the wine good but the owners are clearly very passionate about what they do. We arrived here during their “soft opening” due to a Google error regarding their hours (they were actually closed), but were still welcomed in to try a glass and learn about Forge Cellars approach to making wine. We returned 2 days later with our friends to share our find! Great ambience and will absolutely return!

Customer service is amazing! I called for a wine to be delivered to Texas ASAP in a short time frame. I ordered the wine and one of the employees himself (I am blanking on the name) dropped it off at UPS because he knew I needed it the next day! Made my day!!

Great experience! We did the private wine tasting with Chris who was a great host. The tasting room creates an intimate, nice atmosphere. All wines were fantastic but the dry riesling from wagner caywood east and the cab franc were spectacular. Inside the main building you can also enjoy the lounge/salon, where you can chill before continuing your trip.

I’ve been planning a trip up here for a few weeks. Two days ago I checked google and the website and saw no note about them being closed on Sundays. We drove all the way over there today and were turned away. They said it was posted on google, despite the fact that it was clearly stated on the door that they were open Sundays. Too bad I didn’t wait until the last minute to plan a vacation four hours away. They apparently do good Rieslings. News flash: every place up here does good Rieslings. In the words of my father, “It took a long time to get here and it’ll take a long time for me to come back.”
