“I only went for NYS Vehicle Inspection, however my experience was 5 stars! They took me right away and I sat in a pleasant waiting room with free WiFi. They were extremely cordial and welcoming and the turnaround time was fast. I’m not from the area, so I first went to a Mavis and a Firestone but they couldn’t schedule me for a week! I saw Pepe’s mechanics talking with other customers while there and noticed what personal, attentive service was given.”

“If i could give more than 5 stars i would, such an amazing place!! We went here to get my car looked at because it was making funny noises and it had really good reviews. Let me say this place did not disappoint. That got us in right away and figured out what was wrong with my car in less than 15 minutes. Then told us we could get it fixed the same day it would just take some time. We had something to do in the evening and we let them know. They quickly got to calling their vendors to make sure that they got the part as quickly as they could. They started working on it right away and didn’t waste any time. The workers there are nothing but helpful and super sweet. We have an 8 month old and the workers would engage with him and made sure that we were taken care of. The owner definitely knows what she is doing with running this establishment. They also didn’t overcharge us or try to steal our money. Very trustworthy and kindhearted people! I will highly recommend this place to anyone who is having car troubles!!”

“Stopped in on a whim this morning because my battery connections were loose and the battery is hidden in front of the tire so it’s not easy to get to. They got me in immediately and while we waited my 4 year old got to watch the cars movie on their tv and play with toys. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Nobody tried to sell me on anything extra, and as a female that’s rare. Highly recommend.”

“Stopped by close to their closing time yesterday as my brakes felt off on my drive home and I had my daughter with me. The women at the front desk were wonderful and let me know I could leave it for the next day. Early the next morning they called me with a game plan and to my surprise could also change my oil and do my inspection for me.
They were fully transparent, didn't try to upsell anything, and had my car ready to go before end of day. The cost was also super reasonable! I'm grateful to find a shop close to home that I can trust!”

“I went to this Garage after hearing a noise that did not sound right. He and his crew were busy working on another person's car. I e plained there was a noise and was concerned. Although, he was busy, he and his crew took the time out right awAy to help evaluate the possibilities of the problem. He didn't charge me the full evaluation charge and actually didn't want to charge me at all. I am a firm believer if you take the time (which they did), you deserve something. Especially because he doesn't even know me as I just waltz right in. His crew and their trouble shooting skills were right in check. Efficient and effective. I would definitely recommend seeing him if your unsure. And to fix the problem if you can't. Because that crew works as a team. Never did anyone of them deliver a negative or unrespectful comment. That all buy itself said I'm here to fix cars and get a good repore with my customersLittle jobs and standard prices mean a functional vehicle. He even wants to work with people.
