I have a nice 55” Samsung RU8000 that is only 4 years old. It had trouble turning on for a week or two before it finally couldn’t do it anymore. I paid $900 for it new so I really didn’t want to just toss it in the trash. I called Tom and he said he could most likely fix it. Within 3 days Tom had figured out the problem, fixed the TV, and had it back to me in time to watch the Bills crush the Steelers. The price for repair was fair and much less than a new tv would have cost. Tom was courteous, professional, and great at communicating what was going on throughout the whole process. Thank you!

My 5 year old Samsung tv screen got dark on one side. Brought it to Zimmerman’s, got it diagnosed and fixed like it was brand new. He explained to me how it got like that and how to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend if you need your tv serviced!
