Understaffed sales floor, makeshift change rooms and extremely rude cashiers, especially the Latino looking female with hand tattoos and plumper black male. They both need a lesson in customer service.

Zara’s quality is decreasing but it stills remain one of the more accessible fashionable brands. They have options for kids and men so people shop here a lot. Just wish the quality was better.

Trench raincoat is not a raincoat, it absorbs every rain drop and then looks all spotty. Beware of purchasing from a store, your only option for a return is at a store and customer service doesn't help you find a store near you. I purchased in NYC on vacation and there isn't a store in the Rochester NY area. The quality is not what was described.

I had 8 items to try on but I had to leave everything behind and leave!! Why? Because the fitting rooms assistant closed down the dressing rooms for at least half an hour to go to lunch and NO ONE could cover up to keep those open!!! Is this even for real?!!! Wow never in the whole world seen this nonsense before!

Dressing rooms are almost always closed which defeats the entire purpose of shopping in stores. If i wanted to have to buy it try it on and return it i would shop online. Always a mess in here too
