I want to Love the place but unfortunately, the mattresses they market as "the same mattress for less," I'm not so sure they are. They cost less, but you get less. We paid about $1,000 for a king. Pretty cheap as mattresses go. It started to sag pretty quick. We're a couple years in now and the mattress is not usable as the sag has lead to some back pain for a person that doesn't have a back issue.So, this place is a good option for a less expensive mattress. But, don't think you are getting a better mattress for less. You are getting a lower quality mattress, for about what it should cost.Back to City Mattress we go.

Worst mattress ever, i bought 3 of them last year, they all sinked and its painful to sleep on it, i have back pain and this just made it worst. I want to rate them 0 stars.

Kiera beam is a savior! My friend was laying on a mattress just testing it out, and she left her phone on the mattress by accident and the next couple that came in tried taking it and she watched it happen and saved her phone! Kiera beam is an ANGEL!

Kiera beam was an absolute breath of fresh air. Not only was she kind but also very attentive. Super easy to talk to we were in and out with a good mattress. She made us feel very comfortable and made the mattress shopping process a breeze. This company is very lucky to have her.

Very happy with our experience! We got a nice full mattress and box spring at a great price, no sales pressure or gimmicks about “let me call the manager about today’s special pricing” like at another store. Mattress was delivered promptly and within the time frame given for that day. All workers (store and delivery) were pleasant and professional. We will go here again the next time we need a mattress.

I had a very good experience with Mimi too. I bought the Cambridge Plush Full set $488 and I'm hoping it will hold up better than the Symbol Stafford Plush did I bought for $700 12 years ago from Sun City Mattress. But then again even anything can go wrong even with high end brands. I went here because I've heard good testimonies and I was intimidated by starting prices at leading brand vendors.

We purchased a 499.00 firm mattress ,that was guaranteed .After about one year it sagged in the middle.We took it out side to bring it back,it was rained on.They refuse to give us a replacement.I think if you are going to openly guarantee a product ,you generally should adhere to your policy.I was disappointed, they are not what they claimed to be.yes,mattresses for less,alot less.....but the guarantee is fake.

Sorry guys but have to make this review to warn other buyers. I bought a mattress from here less than a year ago, It's been a nightmare. It was supposed to be my first GOOD mattress, We should get what we pay for right? Spent $800, Worst investment of my life. This thing SINKS LIKE A HAMMOCK BASICALLY AFTER MONTH 1. But you can't exchange or return after 1 month. So I've been someone stuck in that cycle of trying to save up for a better bed, but being so drained from sleeping on the one I'm already sleeping on every night. I wish this was a better experience, I like to support local business, but this has been my truthful experience. And yes I'm writing this first thing in the morning after yet another night of just God awful sleep, I keep waking up like this everyday and I can't hold my silence anymore. Sorry not sorry xdm

I only had my mattress for 4 months and it's lopsided to one side already. You're supposed to rotate the mattress every month but I can't due to a back injury. I had bought a new mattress because of my injury but now it hurts my back to sleep on it. They said they can come out and rotate it for me but they charge $50 for a service call.

The customer service is horrible I don't recommend Noone to come here. The lady that works here tried to ripped me off of 172 dollars I was going to call the police on her if I didn't receive my refund so beware she's a scammer
