Great service provider. Always kept informed of any changes in pickup schedules. Weekly pickups are always done like clockwork. During recyclables week. Pickup is alway by 9am. And regular garbage pickup is always around 1pm.

Bin tops are ALWAYS left open. My cans are found in the street or middle of my driveway (so I can't pull in) when I clearly put then off to one side of the driveway.

I called to speak with someone about when my pick would be today, I was on hold for 20 mins, I called back on hold again this time a chose to have a call back (they said it would be in max 10 mins). I'm filling my bin with tree branches that where frozen to the ground this morning so I couldn't get in and out to the street in the AM, When I got home from work at Noon I see they have not picked up, that is when I called to see when they would arrive. Never got a call back, I heard the truck coming although, I could not drag the bid fast enough to the street in time. I called back to tell them that they never called me back etc. I saked if they could radio the truck to come back. Ha ha for $110.00. Boy things have really changed from when we had wondeful private family owned sanitation company's. Like Joe Ball Sanitation, Southtown Sanitation and Ed Ball Sanitation.
