Great service provider. Always kept informed of any changes in pickup schedules. Weekly pickups are always done like clockwork. During recyclables week. Pickup is alway by 9am. And regular garbage pickup is always around 1pm.

totes are too large. Need a less expensive option for people who put out less.

Waste Management has listened to my concerns whenever i have called. They are prompt with service for both garbage and recycling..
