FAILED TO PICK UP MY GARBAGE WHEN THE WIND BLEW THE CAN OVER AND IT WAS ABOUT 10 FEET FROM THE STREET. THE RESPONSE TO ME WAS THAT I DID NOT PUT MY GARBAGE OUT.
