Worst customer service EVER!!! I went to return a dress. The policy clearly states that you can return an online order within 30 days in the store. It has been 17 days and they are refusing to return the item. When I showed them the policy and asked to speak to a manager they threatened me! Never again will I go to this store or any other Windsor clothing store! They have been nothing but a hassle for a month!!!! Don’t go here! Not worth the aggravation!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Shyane was my fairy godmother! I came in with my husband three hours before we were supposed to be at a wedding and shyane greeted us as soon as we walked in the door! Being that she was so friendly I asked her for help finding me a dress for the wedding I needed to be at and told her I was in a rush. Shyane picked out so many options for me and while I went to try them on she asked me my shoe size and within a few minutes she knocked on my door with shoes and jewelry options for me to match each dress! I cried with how helpful she was! I found the perfect dress and shoes and accessories to match and felt absolutely amazing! Shyane thank you so much, My husband and I talked about you the whole ride to the wedding! Everyone in that store was friendly but Shyane really went out of her way to still help me even while the store was busy! Amazing experience!

Bought a pair of cute jeans. When I was cashing out I opted not to give my email address. Most stores will just accept it and move on but the workers at the register told me in that case it would be final sale. It was fine because I tried the jeans on and knew they would fit. I don't know if that's their store policy or a way to get more emails (some stores have quotas for the workers) but the reaction was odd and seemed passive aggressive. Three stars for the cute jeans.

Wonderful experience! I went in with my wife to look for an outfit for my daughter and Cheyenne was amazing! She helped us with multiple options and gave us her opinions. the girl at the register, Kerri was a delight! Will come here again and bring my daughter in!

I had such a good experience here! Annabel and Cheyenne were so helpful and accommodating. I’m a bit indecisive and hate shopping in store but they made my experience wonderful and I left with some beautiful pieces!

Horrible experience. Probably the worst customer service experiences ever. The first time I went they said they wouldn’t have “my size” I am a curvy girl. I average a size medium or large depending on the fit. I thought this was crazy. I made the mistake of coming back. The 2 ladies working were unwilling to help, and didn’t seem to have a clue what they were doing, and didn’t seem to care. Prom dress is supposed to be an exciting time. You shouldn’t be shamed on your size.

Terrible customer service. Over heard owner saying to his daughter, that my daughter tried 4 prom dresses and no more for her. We left and got excellent customer service elsewhere.

Love this store! The girls working there are so nice! My girl Shyane helped me and she was the best, she will have you walking out of the store feeling like a brand new person. This is not her job, this is her passion! :)

Honestly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in Galleria in a long time. I came in looking for a dress for my sisters engagement party and Shyanne was super friendly and helpful. She kept it real with me and helped me make the best decision. I ended up leaving with a beautiful black dress AND a bag to match.

Never have I ever experienced such bad customer service. I had an armful of dresses I wanted to try on for my graduation and Jennifer was extremely rude when I asked for a fitting room. She barked orders about not allowing me to switch out sizes and if I had more than 6 items I’d have to get back in line because I was not to hold up any kind of line (mind you the store was empty it is Monday). I almost did not purchase the dress I loved from here due to the poor customer service. I also returned later and looked at shoes and Jennifer came out of her way to tell myself and my friend that she would not get us shoes if we wanted to purchase any. Far from impressed.
