I came to the WellNow in Williamsville for a persistent cough. Turned out to be bronchitis. The experience was tremendous from the get go. The staffer who checked me in, unfortunately, Idont know her name, was outstanding in helping me as was the PA who treated me, Julia Krafft. I was diagnosed quickly, meds prescribed, and felt improvement by the next day. Couldn't have asked for better or more professional treatment.

Everyone involved from reception to doctor fully listened to my concerns and made sure they understood what I was in for. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind, and it was honestly a better experience than seeing my actual PCP

My daughter had a few different things going on, symptoms seemed so random. But the staff was incredibly thoughtful (brought in a blanket bc she was cold) and so thorough that the correct issue(s) were diagnosed and we were given a specific protocol to follow. The entire staff was kind, professional and showed genuine concern. We will definitely utilize the services of WellNow on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville when needed!

We had an emergency involving stitches for my daughter and the staff was beyond helpful. Jess the PA was kind, told my daughter everything that was happening and took her time. Meg the nurse went above and beyond to make my girl comfortable. She was soaked from the pool and she went out of her way to put her clothes in the dryer. The facility was super clean and they were just simply amazing!

Even though they were busy they were very thorough once their care and were adamant about letting you know if there was going to be a long wait. Very friendly staff who know what they're doing and know when to add in a little humor to put a stressing patient at ease. If you need more care they'll let you know and will point you in the right direction

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The pa Jessica and nurse Lisa were very professional and friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience I would go back if I needed to. The slushy machine is a very nice touch.

I had a very pleasant experience at Wellnow in Amherst. I booked a last minute appointment in the evening and was seen so quickly! Everyone was really friendly from the front desk, nurses and the doctor. I felt like they listened to all my concerns and provided the best options for treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at WellNow Urgent Care. I went in with some lover back pain, and all of the staff was very kind and helpful. I booked my appointment online, and was able to walk in right away, and I was seen very quickly after being shown to a room. They gave me clear instructions and referals so I was able to receive the proper care after I left. I always have a good experience at WellNow.
