Wegmans clearly overcharges for their roses during peak demand (i.e. Valentine's Day). Yes, flowers should be more expensive during this period of time where a lot of people are buying them for loved ones, however they are not keeping with competative pricing of other stores like Aldi, Trader Joes and Save-a-lot, and in fact are more expensive than Tops. Consider that a dozen roses at Wegmans are currently priced at $22 and at Aldi the very same color, same stem length and quality are $9.99 a dozen. I reached out and instead of trying to rectify that discrepancy and give me a retroactive price adjustment they said it is their price based on market demand.

I called into the establishment to make a purchase over the phone I was instructed to download the app and make purchases through there because of the holiday upcoming. I created an order through the app, the shopper couldn’t find an item, so he submitted a refund. I called to see if I can replace the item, management explained my entire order would be refunded, they apologize I would have to resubmit everything I wanted.I revisit the app to resubmit my order, changes were made on that order because items couldn’t be found.(Flowers)The app mentioned my item was ready. I pick up my items from curbside I was handed both orders, the new order and the old order the manger told me was canceled and refunded. Now I am charged for both orders even though I made one but was instructed by management I would have to make a second order because I would not receive the first. I called back to speak with someone that was in charge of the entire store, which nothing was resolved but given their word they will talk to the team regarding the miscommunication on their end. I spent more money than I intended to spend because I was forced to make 2x the same order. I was not refunded any money or given the option to return the extra items I was told to pay forEverything was justified and flipped instead of admitting they made a mistake. I would not be ordering from the Wegmans app moving forward or purchasing from this location.

Came in 15 minutes before the store closed to get a cat liter and the rude security kept saying the store is closed even though there were people shopping. I don’t know if it was because of my skin color or theirs something personally going wrong in his life.

Excellent quality and selection. They have many organic store brands. The produce is excellent quality and wide variety, with many organic options. Meat and bagged produce usually have 'family pack' sizes. There is a very large section with prepared meals and meals ready to cook. There is a sushi section, pizza, salads, prepared sandwiches and such. They have been fairly regularly adding more ready to cook and ready to eat options.
