the pharmacist I dealt with a few weeks ago personally worked out some confusion between my doctor's office , the pharmacy , and my insurance provider as to what the doctor's needed to do to fulfill my insurance company's requirements for my coverage and keep my prescription cost within it's parameters .saved me alot of money and further hassle .very nice woman ... did alot of legwork and saved me alot of $ .

I’m signed up for text updates and NEVER get them!! Even after reenrolling every time I go there. So I ended up calling to refill my prescription and was told it was in stock and would be ready within 1:30 to 2 hours. I show up 3 hours later and they have no clue what I’m talking about and wasn’t even sure if the medication was even in stock. I was VERY lucky the medication was in stock or else I would’ve had to wait until after the holiday weekend. Wegmans prides themselves on customer service but can’t get the most important department to communicate with each other. People need their medicine. Get it together. HORRIBLE, you’re better off at CVS around the corner.

I have used wegmans pharmacy for 26 plus years recently switched due to the INCOMPETENT workers. I call in my scripts with the rx.refill numbers which would tell you the ordering physician and they then call your primary to get approval? The PCP didnt even order this medicine why would you contact them? INCOMPETENT. Held on hold for 11 minutes finally hung up called back and someone answers and forgets to say hello - just PLEASE HOLD.Maybe some in-service ethics classes should be held for these workers.

After waiting on hold 8inutes then being put on hold for another 6 minutes WowI was told my script was order on a Wednesday and would be ready for pick up the following day Thursday. I called Thursday to see what time it would be ready time only to find out it wasn't order and now wouldn't be available til Monday. If I wouldn't have called for a pick up time. I wasn't notified of a delay.That's because it was never ordered as I was told it was.Dropped the ball big timeWho's in charge?

The sub shop really has gone down hill! bought 3 subs two hot subs and one cold sub. The bread has changed soft crust the everything sub loaf is flavorless. I ordered a chicken parm and a meatball parm The sauce they use is absolutely disgusting its sour who the heck makes sour sauce even the Wegmans jarred sauce is sour. They may be adding. citric acid to extend shelf life. Whatever it is they have these chefs walking around like its a French culinary school and the most basic thing like saucevis God awful. I tried calling the store they laughed it off. Now the cold sub I ordered was not as bad as the hot subs but the sweet peppers they're using are awful. I owned and operated a sandwich shop for a number of years and I only bought products I felt met palatable standards. there hard again not exactly sweet and have a mildew after taste. Wegmans ill be patronizing Jersey Mike's and Dibellas from now on. So long, I may try a small sub one day in the distant future. Raise your standards

I stopped here to go to the bathroom after an appointment and to buy one item and ended up buying a few more things. (They were unnecessary but awesome!!!) I needed an Amazon gift card for a friends birthday. Upon leaving the bathroom, I saw a small Buffalove section. I grabbed two new (to me) masks for the springtime. I wandered around a little bit and saw strawberry beer (near the strawberry shortcake.) I love trying new thins so I had to have it. I also bought many yummy cookies (a sunshine cookie and a rainbow cookie for one of my best friends and the rest for me) because Wegmans has the BEST bakery. I couldn't resist it. I then promptly went to the cash register so I wouldn't spent even more money. When the cashier told me my total, I wasn't surprised. I buy ALL of the unnecessary things at Wegmans and they're SO worth it!! Stop into this location soon. Although the parking lot gets busy and annoying at times, the staff and great selection of everything (especially produce and bakery items) is totally worth it!!!

Have gotten the sub trays and subs from their sub shop at the takeout for meals to go have always been excellent and Phresh even from their hot bar stuff has been very fresh and very well tasting definitely get the meals to go. Pizza is OK. I prefer to get my pizza at other places. But if I'm getting a sub this is a great spot to get one.

Fair warning to all using the scan app. Don't use it!!!! My wife accidentally did not scan an item with the new scan app by mistake. She had over 150 in groceries and was told to step into an office. Then was drilled and accused like she was a hardened criminal that knew exactly what she was doing. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSSED HOW WEGMANS TREATS PEOPLE THAT CLEARLY MADE A MISTAKE. Best of all the handed her a $500 fine because of it and told her she was lucky that the police weren't called. So un called for and no reason to treat a long time customer in that way. Never again Wegmans will we shop there and will gladly till the day I die, tell everyone our experience we have had.

I love the store but this review is for the deli department. It seems while other departments in this store run like a fine tuned machine, everyone that works in the deli moves in slow motion. There has to be a more efficient way of slicing deli meats. Sometimes during busy days it can take an extra 15-20 minutes to get deli meat. The presliced packages are never in conveniently weighed amounts. Start packaging them in 1/4, 1/2 and 1 lb packages. Have one person dedicated to filling in low meats instead of each deli worker having to run to the back to restock an item while they are waiting on you. Other Wegmans in the area don't have this problem at the deli. So what is going on at McKinley? I'm not sure who the deli manager is but he is not doing his job as this department has some serious issues servicing their customers. Please do something about the McKinley Deli department.

We had sushi, it was fresh and tasty. A pumpkin roll cake, fresh, great taste. Got 4 different types of salads, all were great. Thank you having fresh prepared food for us today, as always. Great service and food. 6 stars today.

This store does not enforce their posted masks "required" policy. Just left after shopping with 2 runny-nosed kids and their sweating Dad with no masks. May want to avoid this store if you are at all compromised or paranoid. Asked the mgr if they really were required PER THE SIGN ON THE DOOR that reads you are not allowed with a face covering, and he said NO. May want to avoid this store due to this alone if you are at all uneasy.

For just the right amount of money, this cake was perfect. The lighting makes it look brown but it really is ultimate white. I went in on 1/19/2020 and picked this blank cake out and was greeted by an awesome worker! I just wish I got her name. I asked if she could write happy 50th on it, but she didn't want it to look rushed and suggested what it has on it. (The cake was a last minute purchase) I couldn't ask for anything more on service, quality of work, and taste. This cake was amazing, the only cake to ever get finished in my house.

Review for Poke Bowls (in prepared foods): We had poke bowls ordered through carryout to-go. Lots of good mix-ins, all of which were fresh and good-quality. I also loved the zucchini noodles and arugula instead of rice. The downside is when you place a mobile order through the carry-out app, you can't modify ingredients. I was also unsure what the crispy fried things were in the King of Poke salad, but I don't think they were gluten-free. Maybe fried onions? It's a bummer that you can't just write a note to not include this in the salad.

Every thing here is awesome! Good selections, good quality, good service. I also love their brand name. Their sushi is tasty. Seafood selections is good and fresh. The only thing I don't like is a bit pricey but I guess still worth it.
