Went for a Covid test. Travel for work. Just helps prove why I couldn’t go. Booked online in Clarence at main, Thompson and Sheridan. Show up and get told they don’t have testing supplies. Pharmacist there was nice and called around but I could hear the entire phone call from the pharmacist point of view. Whoever she was talking to said they had tests but they didn’t know how to access the system tonight create an appointment. It took 15 minutes for them to get me setup at the other store. Drove over to the other store. They didn’t seem ready for me and I had to sign up for an appointment again. Sat in the waiting for 30 minutes. Pharmacist took my test. She stuffed the nasal swap back into the plastic package that was on the table after putting it in my nose. I am not a medical professional but I would think that would contaminate the test. Online states 30 minutes results. I have yet to get actual email results days after. I called after 2 hours. Spent 15 minutes on hold. The pharmacist told me that I was positive but the testing liquid was expired. I could come back for a refund but because it is expired it could be a false positive. The pharmacist working said she tried to call me but it kept being busy. Since then I’ve had many phone calls. I also tested from my work VOIP phone and it rings fine. Based on what I saw I don’t have very high confidence in the competency of the staff. I’m not sure the pharmacist knows how to make a phone call from their phone system. There was also a lady there having troubles with getting a script covered under insurance. They just didn’t care. I won’t shop at Walgreens anymore.

Very happy with the service and professionalism. I email my custom Christmas card to the photo department and there perfect every time. The templates on Walgreens website are easy to use and a large selection available. The pharmacy is always quick and helpful in answering question, along with convenient to receive flu shots. Highly recommend, Mark

went as a walk in for a flu vaccination with my son. We were treated courteously reasonable weight time about 20 minutes. Davis, the pharmacist was very courteous and personable.

Pharmacy used to be good now they are extremely insufficient. They kept telling me to come back at least 5 times for my heart medications. Is it that hard to tell patients reliable informations ? Techs need to be trained better.

Very disappointed in the customer service I was given on 1/1/2022 by a lady name sue. I was calling for a substitution for my online order and was told they don’t do that. But they do in fact give me that option in the app and I had chosen substitutions Incase the first item wasn’t available. I called to speak with someone and got to a lady named sue and she was so rude. At the end of the conversation I had asked okay can I just cancel my order and she said “yup” and hung right up. I waited hours for my order to cancel online so I could re order and be able to use my coupons and it was never cancelled. So I called back and got to someone else more helpful luckily. I hope sue learns how to act in her customer facing job as this seems to not be the right job type for her. I hope I never have to speak to her again and I won’t be ordering from this location again.

The pharmacy here doesn't have set hours because if they're supposed to be open you go in and they tell you they're closed because the pharmacist called in or the cash registers in the pharmacy are down continuously. If you add that to the changing hours from COVID to the lunch "hour" where they are closed from 1pm until 2pm,then they spend more time closed than they spend open

Me and my husband where scheduled for Covid 3rd booster. My insurance is WellCare and Medicare. The staff would not give me my booster stating that I should have a 3rd card. She gave me a number to call which was WellCare. I called the number once back home and the representative had no clue to what the staff person at Walgreens was talking about. I was able to go to another location schedule appointment and get booster today 10/27/22 without any problems. Terrible customer service.

Warning*** COVID test me my family went for, within 72 hours report could not come via e-mail or phone, we had to attend family reunion in Canada they only accept test reports done in 72 hours at the border. Called Walgreens they have no system in place to help! Last time went to CVS and received results next day via e-mail. Missed our family reunion. Use CVS!!!

Went thru drivin window which took way too long.People should be more curtious and use this service for which it was designed,ie.quick service pickup.Waited over half an hour in line.Not acceptable.

Made covid test appoimtment here, needed results within 72 hours for travel. Website says usually within 1-2 days. Didn’t get them in time. Travel plans ruined.
