How on earth do you just change the hours of your business so randomly without actually notifying any of your customers of the sudden change... You haven't even updated Yelp as a matter of fact... Because I know I didn't walk 10 blocks here at 10:30 at night just to randomly find out that you guys are now closed at 10 o'clock? After being open until midnight for over a decade. Pretty sudden, and pretty sneaky. What a waste of my time

It’s a 4 only because I love the store. But when I called to have something put on hold for me Chris answered and was VERY RUDE! I will not cash out with him. He’s not only rude on the phone but also in the store. I try to come in when he’s not there! Just rude if you aren’t a pleasant person you shouldn’t work in retail.

Bren waiting for 40 minutes for my vaccine shot appointment. Still waiting. This company is an abomination - doesn't pay a living a wage, treats people poorly and as a resultso it can't get employees to provide the services they offer. These companies put profit over people everytime.

Terrible service. They don’t answer the phone. Called 3 days in a row - the last day waited on hold for 20 minutes. Would not recommend this service unless you plan on going to the pharmacy physically to get any questions answered.

arrived at 11:55 at night to proceed to buy some necessities for my grandparents, who are in bed, I proceed to buy and at that moment the store manager tells me that I have to leave the store because they are going to close, I tell her that I still need to take some items and she in a hostile way takes me out of the store with only what I had in the shopping cart.

Love the people that work here, and that's where it ends. The doors are always broken, all the essential products are locked and when they get them for you they bring them up to the front because they assume you're a thief, and their anti-women stance on providing medication is archaic, malicious, and unforgivable. We've stopped supporting Walgreens because they have grown into a reprehensible company that has an antagonistic relationship with the communities they blight with their presence.

Never any parking when I get off work. Someone has to do something about people parking in the lot and not going into the store. Half thinking about switching my pharmacy due to the parking concerns.

The cashiers are great, the store just needs to do something about there never being any parking spots left despite there being only 5 or 6 people in the store. It’s a big parking lot and everyone who parks there goes to other stores on hertel. The cat food, refrigeratied section and frozen section is always empty. It feels like they never have what i need.

I grew up walking distance from this Walgreens and so it feels very much like home to me. A strange thing to say about a Walgreens? Maybe so. But it's comfortable. I know what I'm gonna get when I walk in. I know who I'm gonna see. That super friendly dude at the cash register will welcome me as I walk in "welcome to Walgreens!" I think his name is Chris. He is great. Dare I say, an icon. I give it 5 stars as compared to other Walgreens. Every other Walgreens I visit I end up waiting for things. Waiting for someone to help me at the photo desk (Delaware Ave in Kenmore is a nightmare for that). Waiting for someone to cash me out. Waiting for the infant tylenol to be restocked. But I don't find that as often here. Maybe it's the rose colored glasses I wear, Idk. In my experience, their photo/print shop is good and fast. I've not used their pharmacy so can't speak to that. I'm most often there for greeting cards or over the counter drugs, and it fulfills those purposes. I always leave with a smile after chatting with Chris (I really hope his name is Chris). Cheers for convenience, Walgreens.

In general, from what I am told they do not treat employees properly. Tell you they are hiring you for one job and then add other low level tasks to it that devalue the employees. Also devalue their customers. Look at the high prices and less contents in the packages. Management is a total joke. Ridiculous company. Avoid. Go to Walmart, Target, CVS and others in your area.

This store is better than the one in Allentown but is till a Walgreens mess. Walgreens quality has deteriorated recently. There are many better options. Do not overspend for anything they offer. They try to trick you with the pricing. Walgreens is really all about saving themselves money at your expense (entire company philosophy). That's why you should shop somewhere else. Many Rite Aids are owned by Walgreens so avoid those too. In general, do not take the company's surveys and if you call the corporate number and get a rep from Alabama, hang up on the person. D*** as a brick there, rude and unhelpful. I call it "rupidity" at that location. You can figure out the two words that comprise it.

Walgreens would not allow me to take a walk through covid test in the pharmacy drive through because it is "hazardous for cars" and "company policy" despite the fact that there were no cars in the drive through at the time I was there, and every other drive through pharmacy in Buffalo allows it (it takes maximum 30 seconds to take a nasal swab) and I had a confirmed appointment. They offered no alternatives for me considering my situation and told me better luck next time, as if we are living in the year 1972. Staff also very rude.

Can’t even move a drive through pharmacy every employee needs to be fired
