Would give ZERO if I could. In the process of doing my second round of IVF and involves many meds. A year ago this place was fast, quick and responsive. Now every time I go, I am waiting at the drive thru for over 15mins with no one else ahead of me. Just called the pharmacy as one of my meds is out and they need to reorder more and tried to get a hold of them and all they did was keep putting me on hold. They never hung up but just kept placing me on hold. Was on hold for over 30mins. Sounds like this place is understaffed lately and I rather go elsewhere. This place has just created more complications than needed. Will be switching my pharmacy.

Love the people that work here, and that's where it ends. The doors are always broken, all the essential products are locked and when they get them for you they bring them up to the front because they assume you're a thief, and their anti-women stance on providing medication is archaic, malicious, and unforgivable. We've stopped supporting Walgreens because they have grown into a reprehensible company that has an antagonistic relationship with the communities they blight with their presence.

I grew up walking distance from this Walgreens and so it feels very much like home to me. A strange thing to say about a Walgreens? Maybe so. But it's comfortable. I know what I'm gonna get when I walk in. I know who I'm gonna see. That super friendly dude at the cash register will welcome me as I walk in "welcome to Walgreens!" I think his name is Chris. He is great. Dare I say, an icon. I give it 5 stars as compared to other Walgreens. Every other Walgreens I visit I end up waiting for things. Waiting for someone to help me at the photo desk (Delaware Ave in Kenmore is a nightmare for that). Waiting for someone to cash me out. Waiting for the infant tylenol to be restocked. But I don't find that as often here. Maybe it's the rose colored glasses I wear, Idk. In my experience, their photo/print shop is good and fast. I've not used their pharmacy so can't speak to that. I'm most often there for greeting cards or over the counter drugs, and it fulfills those purposes. I always leave with a smile after chatting with Chris (I really hope his name is Chris). Cheers for convenience, Walgreens.

This store is better than the one in Allentown but is till a Walgreens mess. Walgreens quality has deteriorated recently. There are many better options. Do not overspend for anything they offer. They try to trick you with the pricing. Walgreens is really all about saving themselves money at your expense (entire company philosophy). That's why you should shop somewhere else. Many Rite Aids are owned by Walgreens so avoid those too. In general, do not take the company's surveys and if you call the corporate number and get a rep from Alabama, hang up on the person. D*** as a brick there, rude and unhelpful. I call it "rupidity" at that location. You can figure out the two words that comprise it.

This Walgreens is nearby my house, the staff is usually verry friendly and helpful... today was a good day here... they actually had what I came in for! I have noticed that many places are running out of things or don't have the staff to restock shelves, not this Walgreens fully stocked! Prices have gone up though, as they have everywhere... but Walgreens is a bit more expensive than some of its competition...

I wanted to compliment the staff at the Hertel Avenue Buffalo store on administration of COVID vaccine, but there is no interface for this. In any case, my 3rd COVID vaccine today was quick, absolutely painless, and (like with the first pair of Pfizer vaccinations 6 months ago) there are no side-effects at all. The staff was courteous, efficient, and friendly. Well-done all around, thanks for this important service !

The workers here are a** holes and think it's funny to mess with their customers. My son told me when he tried to pay using his debit card they demanded him to put his full pin in and over charged him 3$. They also told him it would be 129$ for a charger just to mess with him which is unexepytable?

It is a Walgreens, which means all of the usual Walgreens things. There is a pharmacy. It is open pretty late. There are all sorts of corporate snacks and generally overpriced OTC medicines. There is ice and soda and beer (points to Walgreens for catching on to this whole "craft brew" thing in the last few years and actually including a decent beer selection). For reasons generally unknown, Walgreens also carries the deepest, most extensive selection in the developed world of odor-eaters and gel inserts for shoes. Do the owners have a foot fetish? This Walgreens has a nice staff that is clearly being stretched too thin over the Pandemic: there's hardly ever a cashier at the front while you're in there, and somehow it takes ten minutes to check out of what is essentially an overgrown convenience store. I've also long argued that having a small produce section in these drug chains would do a world of good. In any case, if your demands are modest and you are looking for familiar national products, this store will meet your needs just fine. The employees try hard and are always nice. It offers a better range of goods than the corner convenience stores in much of urban Buffalo, most of which can't be bothered to stock exotic goods like club soda. This Walgreens is A-OK.
