Disreputable dealer. When I received the vehicle, I found several lights not working. This was the day after the vehicle was given a state inspection. The owner took me to a repair shop and led me to believe the repairs were covered. But after the repairs were done, he refused to pay for it. How does a vehicle receive a state inspection sticker when required lights are not operational? And how do you take someone to a repair shop, then bail on them? Pretty shady business practices.

My 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition has no heat, no AC because they broke the compressor(I had a good Jeep dealership verify this), the air bags dont work and hasnt since day 1, and I was told by 1 person here they had the part when I picked it up, then when I called a few weeks later to try and get it repaired and was told they didn't have the part and after that they stopped answering my phone calls, leaks coolant, the sunroof button is broken, the multifunction switch on the steering wheel is broken, throttle position sensor is going, the switch to turn the heater/ac fan is going-meaning it turns on when the dial is off, the starter has gone on us 2 times, leaks oil, and face fans are broken.What does work: Transmission, engine-mostly.I have owned this vehicle for 2 years. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I had an emergency situation with no vehicle so I bought this. I'm at a point where I may need to replace my vehicle again and you can bet I'm NOT buying here. Though the list above includes items that werent broken from day 1, I shouldnt be at a point in less than 2 yrs where I need to replace my vehicle again due to various mechanical issues. And I know there were things that worked when I look at it the first time, that didnt work from the day I picked it up. This car was a lemon car and they knew it. They even offered us a warrenty that when we went to use it ended up being useless and not valid for anything.

I can not say enough great things about this dealership. DJ took such good care of my needs. This is the 2nd time ive purchased from him and he made it such a seemless process. I have never really had such an amazing experience at a dearlership. Im usually use to dealing with sales men who approced me as just a number but DJ listened to what I needed and took it into his own hands to deliver without being pushy in the least bit. Im a single overworked mom and he did all the work and even was so kind as to delivering the vehicle! THANK YOU DJ!

I don't even want to give one star. Purchaser is a young, first timer, desperate for car because her car about to break down any day & needs car for school & work...... After signing the contract, the contract was changed & the dealer changed the car. No copies of any contracts, no information on the new car was given. It was a much bigger car, soooo does it takes more gas?, something we didn't want, I don't know. Asked about background of car, dealer was annoyed to tell about car, because I guess it was such a wonderful car from such a great dealer, why am I questioning this (ridiculous). The couple of times when addressed the dealer on the changes, on the contracts, on the condition of car given, he was basically an a******* being impatient, arrogant, talking down, interrupting, calling my name out loud, and threatening to take car. At one point, he even made the purchaser cry & he stated he was sorry that she was sensitive. I will tell anyone & everyone to go somewhere else!!!!

I was just recently in a car accident and totaled my car so I was searching for a new one to get as soon as possible. I found the 2014 Hyundai Elantra on cars.com and fell in love with it. I emailed them as soon as possible about wanting to see it. Not even 5 minutes later DJ was calling me and setting up an appointment for me to come see it the next day. I fell in love with with how it drove and I called him later that day to get set up with financing it. They were really nice and accommodating and I am very happy with my purchase!

Simple. Stay away. Sorry I wouldn't want you as a friend.Friends would never sell a friend a horrid vehicle.Plus all the bad days are from the vehicle purchased from you.Make sure you check the car you are interested in buying thoroughly. Get a CarFax.Check Hood struts, battery, key fob operation, engine oil, power steering fluid. Check really well for engine leaks. Check power steering hoses.

Picked up vehicle. Drove it 22 miles home.I get home..Computer display shows. Add quart of engine oil. Engine coolant low. Parking bulb is dead. I open the hood. Hood struts do not work. I ordered correct BMW blue coolant. While under the hood I also checked the power steering fluid reservoir. It is nearly completely empty. Ordered the proper BMW power steering fluid. Very expensive. 3 quarts are needed4 days ago the blower fan quit.If you buy a vehicle here. Take it to a dealer that sells that make of vehicle you are interested in. Example. You are looking at a Volkswagen. Take it to a Volkswagen dealer.. Ask for a PPI. Pre Purchase Inspection. You won't make a mistake in buying a klunker.4/5/2021....》As of today I have put a total of 52 miles on the vehicle since I drove it off the dealers lot. As of yesterday both valve cover gaskets leak, headlight level sensor failure, heated drivers seat heating element failure, rear window defroster is not working.Leaks engine oil so bad. It leaks a quart of engine oil city driving every 6 miles.4/11/2021....》As of today I put another mile on the vehicle. Yes. 1 mile. Now the timing chain cover gaskets are leaking. Vacuum pump started leaking as well.Had to replace battery. Would not hold a charge. Had to replace the water pump.UPDATE. 4/30/2021....》 Facebook page states."We take out time to make sure these vehicles have a owner's manual, second or spare key and floor mats."Ok. Where is my second or spare key. I even had to replace my key fob battery. It died as soon as I got home from picking up the vehicle.Computer display showed. Keyfob battery discharged. I had a great experience here! Everybody was friendly and helpful, and they made sure that the car was in great shape when I bought it. They answered my questions and didn't pressure me to buy anything extra. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a used car.
