My experience at the Walden Galleria was very disappointing I went there because I thought it was going to get some assistance and there was absolutely none offered when I asked for assistance the staff member pointed across the room to the table inside you’ll find the stuff over there I was in and out of the dressing room at least four or five times trying to find the right size and fit no one ever offered to help the staff was too busy having personal conversations having a good time in the store I was one of two customers in there it was not busy I will be very hard pressed to return to that store

As I get older, I still find myself wandering into Pink. It's youthful, vibrant colors create an upbeat and happy environment. I don't love the clothes the way I used to, probably because I am 36 years old and this store is geared toward the younger crowd. And the bras just aren't working for my size (they carry my size, but I find it lacks the support I need). But it's fun to look at everything. What I do love is there body sprays/lotions. They smell so good!! I bought 5 different scents today, despite having a complete overflow at home! Customer service was great today as well. My cashiers name is not on the receipt but she was great helping on the floor as well as at the register and helping me navigate my way through coupons and rewards. Another woman, possibly the manager, came up to me with a product I may like at the register when she saw I was buying scents she likes as well. It was a really nice and and personable experience. She didn't force me to buy it or anything either, she just said you gotta smell this you'll love it, and left me to smell and decide for myself, no pressure. I really liked that. Items they carry here are lounge wear, active wear, bathing suits, pajamas, slides, bras, underwear, and body wash/spray/lotion. I think there are some socks by the register as well. Oh and there are some hats.

The white, thin, short, black haired employee is rude. She was the greeter, and oh my she was filled with attitude. Apparently it's "not her job" to find my size. She also made a degrading comment about my weight, ugh. It's 2022, body shaming shouldn't be a thing. Not really one to leave a review unless it's bad, but like come on. Do better.

Terrible customer service, shopping around the mall and went to walk in with my mom around 7:45-7:50, the lady up front very rudely told us that the store was closed because it was 8, which is was not.

The lady that was monitoring the amount of people coming in and out was very rude. I got there at 6:53 and would not let me go in because it was “7:00”. They will be getting a call in the morning about their rude employee

I've been shopping there for years !! Spend at least $4000 a year. The new staff they have there has continued to treat me horrible! WHEN returning something that i bought a day prior they always have a song and dance about the amount they're gonna give me back, even though i have the receipt. They TRY to give me a quarter of what i PAID!

Such an awkward experience guest clerk Kayla must be one of those “seasonal help” that they hire because, she clearly doesn’t have any customer service skills. My sister and I first walk in and we’re NOT greeted which I don’t care for because, I hate interacting in general but, what really annoyed me was the constant “walking” around us as if we were up to something if you’re gonna walk around us atleast ask us if we need some help or help us find what we need...not ask us if we a bag 10min after being in the store but, I will add she greeted everyone else which is why I was able to get her name...I’d suggest retraining Kayla because, she definitely let down the Angels,

Love the body washes and oversized shirts. They need to go plus size so i can buy more stuff from here. Most designers and companies have gone plus but Victoria Secret. They need to keep up with other companies and realize us plus women love the clothes to.?
