This office is the most unhelpful office at Verizon. They tell me they answer the calls for the CEO but offered no resolution for this customer with increasing billing costs. If you are put through to Sabina, don't even bother she will just tell you to go to Comcast and follow up with nasty letters! Instead get on chat with someone who makes much less money then Sabina and they will help you find solutions.
