Disappointed, disgusting service provider. It kept my car 1month and charge me 6300$ and threatened me the person Dav and after that my car inspections failed. They gave me lot of headaches. pls don’t go there for any services .Disgusting and you don’t get any services from there from no headache.Highly recommended not to go there pls .

Kind of up in the air about this place went there and thought it could be a quick fix and I'm paying like $600 I think that was a little Overkill but I needed the work done right away and he did get it in there but I think I paid for it and then buyers beware the reason I am saying this is because I had a mechanic look at the car first and said the car could be fixed in a certain type of way but end up paying $600 again buyers beware

This auto store has to be the worst auto repair place always wanted me to leave my car for an inspection and not known if or when it would be ready and continue to lie and say only the owner does inspections, the clerk is a idiot, makes appointments and then when the time comes he make excuses, and I never get the work done, I am afraid if I leave my car it may not be right

2655 main street 14214. I have been a customer for many many years. Jose the Manager is definitely knowledgeable in his field of work. I told him what I thought was what I needed. He did a review of my Jeep and he fixed what was needed. He also recommended some things that I should be aware of and because of his personal and professional experience I had him do what he recommended. Jose and the other mechanics were very professional and took very good care of me and my vehicle.. I am so Happy with the way they treated me. They gave me an excellent Customer service and Experience.Services: Auto water leak repair

Do NOT go to this location. I went to Valu for a second opinion on a radiator replacement. And the manager tried to scam me (or did get scammed as I paid $160 for a fake diagnostic). The other staff seems friendly.
For starters I had an appointment and the manager nonchalantly arrived 2 hours late. I patiently waited and I explained which radiator needed replacement. He then states he likely needs to do a paid diagnostic. So I leave the car overnight.
When I return the next day to learn of the results the manager nervously and incorrectly identifies the radiator that needs replacement and is fumbling around as he points to different components of the car.
At this point, I am in shock as I know he is trying to rip me off. He's not even referencing the right component.
I inspected the car and saw which radiator showed the dripping. Plus I went to another mechanic a day earlier. And was at Valu for a second opinion.
Even though I am annoyed I now have to pay for a fake diagnostic done to my vehicle I remain calm and mention that I don't have the funds to get the work done.
The manager then gets annoyed and unprofessional. He immediately requests my credit card - without providing any invoice for the diagnostic. I request the invoice and he gets upset. Saying he hasn't completed it. So I tell him, I'll wait. He then proceeds to give me the diagnostic report that has a write-up with a false statement saying that my car was in an accident which is why I was there. And lists the wrong radiator that needs replacement.
Before I even leave the place he turns to another customer and starts gossiping about me. Even though I remained calm while he was 2 hours late for no apparent reason and tried to scam me into paying over $2k to get a radiator replaced that is intact.
What makes this even worse is that every negative Google review for this place has a hint of something I experienced with this manager. This means this place is truly scamming people and not just disgruntled people ranting. They are telling the truth.
Going to this place was my oversight. I would never visit a place with so many negative Google reviews.
The only reason I booked an appointment at this place was because on a different site, repairpal this place has nearly a 5-star status complete opposite of Google reviews.
Immediately, after my experience at Valu I returned to repairpal, only to notice for the first time that all the reviews on that site are fake! I made the mistake of thinking that website verifies its listings. And is a testament to why Google reviews are the best place to get real information.
I am at a lost as to how this location could be legally operating scamming people online and offline. Do not make my mistake avoid this place. And do not read reviews in a hurry.
