Best, friendly staff in the area. Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location

Excellent post office to be at for all your postal needs. The clerks there dennise and Dave are always friendly and helpful with all your questions and needs. The 2 greatest letter carriers there are Natalie and jennifer.

Every time Lisa has a day off or a vacation......our mail gets screwed up royally!!!! I got 5 pieces of mail....and not 1 of them was mine. I walked to the end of the street to give back to the mailman and asked if I had any mail and gave him my address! He told me I didn't have any mail. When a neighbor got home later they delivered my mail they had gotten!!!! If you call to complain....they tell you you have an hour wait!! No wonder you're going under!!!

The mailman on Cleveland Ave needs to stop throwing packages that he's delivering and when asked to put a box inside out of the sun he should do it especially when it's a live shipment!!

Friendly postal workers provide service at the counter, but I cannot help but point out how dirty this place always is. GSA or whoever manages this building needs to hire new cleaners or negotiate the terms of their contract.
