I thought I was able to walk into the little vestibule outside of their business hours where the PO Boxes and drop box are, like other locations. This morning I stopped to drop my Christmas cards off in the drop box 15 minutes before they opened and as I pulled the door open I had a woman shoveling SCREAM at me about how I couldn’t go in there. I was confused and was just asking for an explanation because of how I know other locations have areas open despite the desk being closed but she just screamed at me and ignored my question.

Very nice and friendly Post Office with friendly people working. I find the location very convenient in the heart of Kenmore. I bring my elderly relatives to get mail and supplies and they all look forward to going here. Good Job.

This is a very small, not so busy post office. The employee was super nice & extremely helpful when I asked about getting a passport at a post office. The only little problem is , the very small parking lot. Not much else to say.

Years ago when Mike, Barb and Herb worked here the place was amazing, they were always so friendly and willing to help you and had amazing customer service. The new employees at this location don't look happy, don't seem like they want to be there. Do not have good customer service skills and just ruined the location

Absolutely abysmal service. Asked for certified mail and the clerk seemed like he was going to help me by explaining what I needed to pay for and him putting the location in the computer I bought an envelope and he just said have a good day and didn’t continue the process. Went to ups and they ended up assisting me with the process instead.avoid this place like the plague
